Located in Florence, this attractive condo for $271 per night is a great option for your next break. This apartment is sanitized by an industrial-strength ozone generator. Killing all viruses and bacteria -The flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before your arrival - Rest assured we have highly trained cleaning procedures. Finely rebuilt in 2014, the apartment is on an elevator accessible third floor of an antique building which is located a few steps away from the Duomo and Michelangelo s David at Accademia Gallery. The house is equipped with air condition and free internet. The master bedroom with a queen size bed, has an en suite full bathroom with a huge shower; the bright and wide living room has two single sofa beds (100 cm wide) and a guest toilet. The elegant dining room is near to the fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, drip coffee maker, kettle, toaster, multi-food processor ).The sunny veranda is perfect for having breakfast with a stunning view of the Duomo.

This apartment was perfect for our holiday weekend stay. We hope to return to Florence sometime and we’ll definitely stay here again. Exactly as described. Great communication with the host.

We were met by the host , who even helped us carry our luggage. She was able to let us in early , since the maid just let. She explained everything to us so that we knew how to operate appliances, restaurants recommendations, offered to schedule taxis and anything else that we needed. The apartment was extremely clean, large bedroom with bathroom that had a large shower, and plenty of hangers and spaces to unpack. Kitchen was stocked with all the necessities for cooking. Lots of dishes, dish washer with soap , washer/clothesline and soap to start you with.
We were within 15-minute walk to most everything we wanted to see.
We stayed 2 weeks, so she had the maid come and clean after the first week, which was so nice of her.
There were books, music, tv with netflix and paramount + and umbrellas.
The pictures that were shown were accurate. The elevator was fast and efficient. The AC was great!
We hope to go back for it was a beautiful , relaxing apartment with a wonderful host.

We were surprised by the vast rooms and facilities. While there is a full size kitchen, it doesn't have much in the way of basic condiments ( oil, vinegar for salads, flour, seasonings etc.) so we did not try to cook any meals other than a simple breakfast. It was also handy to have Fredo across the street @ # 21. They have cheap coffee and croissants as well as a decent lunch and dinner menu.

I can’t say enough good things about this lovely apartment in the best possible location. It was spacious and comfortable as well as elegant but warm. It felt like home for our two week stay. We had everything we needed to be rested after each day’s explorations. But the best part was our host, Valentina. She was so kind and considerate, explaining everything to us and giving us wonderful restaurant recommendations that we did try and enjoyed immensely. She went to extraordinary measures to help us make our train when leaving. My husband and I will remember her fondly as a part of our wonderful visit to Florence. If our travels bring us to Florence again we will hope to stay there again.

A very lovely and well appointed apartment. Conveniently located near to many points of interest which made our time in Firenze very walkable. Large space, clean and comfortable. We were there for one weekend but could easily have stayed longer. Valentina was a pleasure to meet and made check in and check out very easy. I would highly recommend this property.

You can’t do better than this, absolutely incredible apartment, it’s like stepping back in time- it felt original and well cared for. We had everything we needed and felt we had stumbled upon the best kept VRBO secret. Our stay was in the middle of summer and while it was sweltering outside, the apartment had a wonderful AC and we stayed cool. I loved this place and hope to stay again!

Wonderful apartment for our days in Florence! Central location. Spacious, comfortable beds (even sofabeds). Well-stocked kitchen. Premium feel throughout. Host Valentina was very welcoming and helpful at checkin/out.

Only downside was the very small and cramped balcony, which was right next to a noisy terrace for the hotel next door. But this was only a minor inconvenience since there was no noise just inside. Overall, an excellent value, a fantastic choice

This is a lovely air-conditioned apartment, spacious and comfortable, and very well represented by the photos in the listing. It's less than a 5-minute walk to the Duomo, which can also be seen from the balcony, and from there, all the main attractions in Florence are walkable if you're reasonably fit and healthy. This made it an ideal base for my husband and I to pop in and out frequently during the day...out and about in the morning, come back for an hour or so's rest and a bite to eat, then out again for the afternoon and again in the evening.
Despite being so central, there was never any undue noise from surrounding hotels and apartments at night. Be prepared to be woken by church bells at 7.00am, though - hey, you're in Florence! We loved it.
Ladies - the icing on the cake as regards amenities was the provision of a proper hairdryer instead of a useless travel dryer (powerful, but never got very warm on the "hot" setting for some reason), and straighteners.
A dustpan and brush under the sink, or a broom to sweep up crumbs etc. would be a useful addition in the kitchen, but I'm sure Valentina would have arranged this if we'd asked...not a big deal at all.
Valentina communicated with us promptly during the booking process, and was so charming and helpful upon our arrival.
We would have no hesitation in staying here again or recommending it to others. We loved Florence so much we'll definitely be back!

This apartment is perfect in every way! Valentina has thought of everything! It's spacious, beautiful, spotless and has an updated kitchen and bath. The view from the balcony is amazing-- overlooking the terracotta rooftops and Duomo. We ate our breakfast there every morning. It truly felt like home! The location is very convenient--moments from the Duomo, Accademia, etc. Grocery stores and restaurants are within walking distance (as is most of old Florence). And the icing on the cake are the owners. Valentina is one of the nicest people! She helped us with cabs, museum tickets and was always available to answer questions. She made our vacation extra special. We hope to return next year. Italy is truly a magical place!

We stayed in this apartment for 3 months, March-May. It was everything we’d hoped for and more. The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of historical Florence but situated to be quiet and private. Our main request was a kitchen. 3 months meant we would be cooking many meals ourselves. The kitchen here is well laid out, full stove/oven and large refrigerator, even a dishwasher! The central market is only 5 minutes walk and there are several grocery stores within a block or two.
The apartment is nicely decorated, the bed was very comfortable. Apartment is very large, on days were we stayed in it was relaxing and easy to read or hangout.
Valentina was amazingly responsive right from the beginning before we even paid our deposit. She quickly answered questions and offered suggestions about restaurants and a wine shop.
This apartment is a great choice for anyone but especially guests who are planning a longer stay. I can not say enough wonderful things about it and we certainly plan on returning.

This place is BEYOND amazing! The location, the views, and the relaxing place itself makes it absolute perfection. We loved waking up everyday seeing the duomo, and the location truly cannot be beat. We walked everywhere and the two times we wanted to take a cab (leaving and to get further out) they were fantastic about booking cabs for us! The elevator was helpful after a day of walking, tv was nice to relax, and we couldn’t ask for more. Would definitely stay again if venturing to Florence!

Valentina is amazing, the home is exactly as advertised, and yes, the Duomo is as close as it looks in the picture. Somehow it is quiet location in the middle of the historic Center of Florence. Fully equipped kitchen, lots of towels, coffee in the cupboard, etc.etc.
Zero negatives, stay here if you can!

We had a wonderful week long stay at Valentina’s apartment. It was so comfortable and spacious with great A/C. The location was so convenient to walk everywhere. We also enjoyed wine on the little deck with a view of the Duomo. Valentina was a great host who made restaurant and taxi reservations for us. We would definitely stay there again.

Excellent communication with host. We wre greeted promptly by Valentina. She is such a gracious host. We could have spent the day just speaking with her. The apartment is wonderful. The location is very convenient to evrything that Florence has to offer. It is very quiet on an upper floor (there is an elevator). Easy walking to restaurants and attractions. I will inquire again about availability upon my return in the future.

Our host was unbelievable, she met us upon arrival, arranged for taxis, printed opera tickets and dropped them off and was there in 15 minutes one time when we needed her. The location couldn’t be better, central to all yet quiet. The apartment is lovely and authentic Firenze, Very large with everything needed.
The accommodations and location made for a wonderful Florence experience. BTW don’t miss he gelato shop walking towards Il Duomo and the amazing sandwich shop walking the other way!!!!!

Gracious host
The best part of any stay is when you are welcomed with a big smile. That is Valentina! She was so kind and helpful for our 4 week stay in a great area. The rooms are large and well set up ! Kitchen is large and easy to use. The bed has a wonderful mattress! Large dining room and table. Big couch with full smart tv.
Valentina had so many suggestions for food etc and always responded quickly to us

The Perfect Florentine Experience
My husband and I rented the apartment for a month and didn't want to leave! The location was perfect, central to everything yet quiet, and the apartment has every convenience. We lived like locals, shopped at the local markets (Sant Ambrogio is our fav), cooked fabulous dinners and drank delectable wines while looking at the Duomo from the apartment and listening to Italian music. I'm homesick writing this! Valentina was the perfect host - responsive, helpful, and gracious. We can't wait to return!

My girlfriend and I had the most fantastic time at the hosts apartment. The apartment is very clean and has super tall ceilings (which us tall people loved.) The host was super friendly and helpful and she helped us get Covid tests and taxi's in and out when we needed. The location is fantastic and very close to the Duomo and you can see the dome from the balcony. We certainly look forward to coming to Florence again and staying here!

This was a great experience from top to bottom, perfect location 2 minutes from Accademia and Duomo, 5 minutes to Riccardi Medici Palazzo and Sam Lorenzo chapels. Florence's main markets very close for a true Tuscan experience. Kitchen is fully equipped to cook up what you get at the markets. Love having that view of the duomo. This was a great experience from top to bottom, perfect location 2 minutes from Accademia and Duomo, 5 minutes to Riccardi Medici Palazzo and Sam Lorenzo chapels.
