Location is great
The mattress is horrible. One of the worst nights of sleep of my life. The communication about check in wasn’t great. Took us a long time to get the information about it. We are lucky that we arrived just in the evening. If we had arrived earlier, we wouldn’t be able to enter the apartment because of the lack of communication

The property was closest to the area that we were looking for to explore! And the facilities had everything we needed.
Nothing.

Could not fault the location 10 mins walk to train station and five to the duomo. Room was comfy clean and lovely for three adults. Kitchen set up was lovely and the bathroom was clean and great water pressure. Host sent amazing instructions and was incredibly helpful and friendly
Nothing at all
