Condo is comfortable and well-stocked. Great view of the lake from multiple rooms. I was there off season, so it was very quiet with plenty of parking. Owner was quickly responsive to a concern.

We had a great visit to the lake and the condo was perfect. The boat dock was a great bonus, as we had our boat with us and the fuel dock & store are right next door. Super convenient to every place we wanted to go by boat and by land.

The condo was prime location! It was close to almost all of the activities we did. At the condo, we enjoyed the balcony and the pool was very refreshing. It was stocked with everything we could have needed. Our one ask would have been having four people, more towels for the shower/bathroom, there wasn’t enough for the length of stay.

We loved our stay here. The condo was clean, roomy, and quiet! I appreciated the boat slip that came with the condo. I was able to fish and the rest of the family could lounge by the pool or beach. The host was very responsive to questions and it was clear she wanted us to enjoy our stay. We would definitely stay here again. Great accommodations and close to everything!

Nice sized room with adequate kitchen. Floors were very dirty, however. Nice outdoor patio. Nice view of the lake. This unit was close to shops, grocery stores, etc. Close but not too close. Note: the unit smelled like mothballs when we walked into the room.

The views are breathtaking in this beautiful condo. The property was clean and had all the amenities you could ask for. The pool was never crowded, and was right next to the lake, which was so nice! A perfect getaway for couples or families. It was just perfect!! We will be back for sure!

The property was very clean and updated. Gorgeous view of the water. The stairs from the waterfront was not as bad as other reviewers stated. Bring extra bumpers if planning to use the boat slip. The channel gets pretty rough when the no wake is not in effect.

Drove down from St. Louis as the very reasonable winter rates were appealing to get out of the city and work remotely for a few days. The property was very nice, extremely clean and just as advertised. Very quick drive to nearby dining and shopping. Correspondence with owner was rapid. Beautiful glass wall overlooking the lake. Also enjoyed the deck with same view. Although early February we were able to hike the Ozark hills at a local winery in 60 weather. Also enjoyed a great dinner at an excellent restaurant with panoramic lake views. This property is a great value.

My husband and I stayed at this condo right before Christmas to have a quiet, laid-back get-away. This condo was perfect. Quiet complex, clean and updated condo, close to shopping and restaurants. We must prefer the laid-back atmosphere of Osage Beach to Branson.

Very clean, comfortable Place. The view was very nice as well. Having a boat slip included helps. You will not be able to park your boat or trailer at the location, which is a downfall. But the apartment made up for that.

Location was great. Dock was a bonus if you have a boat or want to fish. Pool was clean and had a great view of the lake. Very nice amenities provided. Quiet complex. I gave this review a 3 because the air conditioning could not keep up with temps in the 90's outside and it was noisy. Unless you are comfortable with indoor temperatures in the summer 76-80 degrees, I would not rent this top floor condo in warmer weather.

My wife and I were completely satisfied with this penthouse condo and enjoyed our vacation time there. It was very clean and was stocked with everything we needed. It was located close to all the great restaurants, shops, club and activities. We would love to stay here again soon.
