All of the fun and activites the lake has to offer is close by for your convenience. The Outlet Mall, Big Surf Waterpark, miniature golf, go-cart tracks and any restaurants and night clubs are within seven minutes to the Ledges. For the golfers, many courses are just a short ride away.. Close by is Aqua Toys where you can rent a boat, personal watercraft. You can launch your boat and keep your trailer at Surdyke, right down the road.. The Ledges complex offers two swimming pools, a sandy beach area to swim, fishing off the docks and a playground for the kids! OUR BOAT SLIP IS AVAILABLE TO RENT. Lake of the Ozarks (Osage Beach) State park, medical facilities (you pass the Lake Regional Hospital on the way in), and loads of other fun stuff to do. An airport is within 'minutes' for those that fly in! This unit is ALL BRAND NEW / TOTALLY REMODELED! This is a FIRST FLOOR (NO Steps) spacious NON-SMOKING unit that overlooks the main channel. We just updated with ALL NEW APPLIANCES! The deck has comfortable furniture to enjoy the great view. It overlooks the most popular area of the Lake of the Ozarks. Rest in comfort in the KING-SIZED beds, each with its own bath and cable TV. The living area has a 50" Flatscreen TV over the fireplace. Enjoy watching the boats, jet skis, and other water sport activities while relaxing on your private screened in balcony. It faces the Main Channel at the 21 mile marker. **Some near units are still working on their condos so there may be times you will hear some construction noise If you have a boat, inquire as to the availability of our 10 x 30 boat slip. We think you'll REALLY enjoy our condo and will come back year after year. Our goal is to have 'HAPPY REPEAT VACATIONERS.' ***NOTE: 2023 the condo will be removing the gas grill- We will no longer have a grill or permit any type of grill. PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: *No Events or Parties including bachelorette/bachelor. *NO smoking/pets. *Check-in time: 4pm *Check-out: 11 am. *Must be at least 25 years old to rent. Sorry, no exceptions. *Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed *List of complex rules provided after booking. Guest responsible for any fines issued to them due to their negligence *Excessive mess after departure could result in additional cleaning fees. *NO FIRES/CANDLES OF ANY KIND * NO FIREWORKS OF ANY KIND *NO GRILLS ALLOWED *Guest responsible for any damages they cause *Quiet hours: 11pm-7am *Pools open Memorial weekend and close after Labor Day weekend *Cancellation policy stands regardless of illness or weather. We have stayed in this LOVELY condo before, 3 best friends! Recently one passed away so this trip was for the two of us to share fond memories and reminisce wonderful times we have spent together! You will just LOVE this place and the great owners!

Very nice clean condo. We were there for bikefest with our adult kids. Niclely located between H-D dealership & the dam & close to all the restaurants & shopping places when we weren’t riding. Stopped at Randy’s custard everyday. Beautiful view of the lake from the balcony & nice furniture out there. We spent a lot of time on it.screened in, no bug bites, very nice. We’ll stocked kitchen, we ate dinner in & had all the pots & pans we needed. Nice comfortable furniture in living area, beds were so so but slept fine on them. Motorcycle friendly parking lot, being able to park my little tow behind trailer on site was nice, most places won’t allow that. The whole complex looked nice & had friendly neighbors. The only thing I’d complain about is the coffee pot. Didn’t use the pool but they looked nice. We would stay again.

I'll start with saying the condo was immaculate other than ants in our beds and bedroom windows that need a good powerwashing. The view was wonderful! Decorative fireplace pretty and relaxing. Very comfortable bed with nice bedding. Towels decent. Bath soap down to dregs in master bathroom. Icemaker didn't work but the fridge was roomy and spotless. Owners neglected to inform us that ALL surrounding units are under construction. Noise ordnance not adhered to. Could not sleep in due to noise. Debris right outside our door made walking into the unit precarious.

This stay was spot on with the pictures provided. The perfect location. It was a room with a view. Waterfront property. With 15 - 13 minutes away from local eateries, shopping and fun. We had Thanksgiving lunch at Encore Lakeside Grill & Skybar. Margaritaville provided the fun mini golf, and swimming. The best part of the condo, we could do our laundry and dishes. It was clean and the beds were comfy and cozy. Home Away from Home. Is it weird that I already miss it? - we will be return guests. Thank you for having us!

For the most part we loved our stay. This was our second time staying here. The only issue this time was the trash found under master bedroom bed from previous visitors. A receipt dated Aug 26 was under there so that tells me the bed hadn't been looked under for cleaning since then. Cob webs with little spiders in the baseboard corners in bedroom and living room. Went to use one of the seasonings in kitchen and it was outdated from 2012. Working in the medical field I know that could make someone sick so I threw it out along with two other seasonings that were outdated from 2011. The exterior windows and screen that overlook lake were very dirty and covered with webs and dead insects/spiders. Our first time staying here was amazing! This second time was enjoyable aside from the issues mentioned above. Gave it 5 stars the first time. Will give it 3.5 stars this time. Just needs a good cleaning beyond the basics that are done between visitors. The lake view is spectacular.

Went to the lake with my twin 5 year old granddaughters. Three nights to create some memories. Swimming and activities. Pools were not clear of bugs. Pumps were not in good working order. Plenty of activities close by.

Owner provided detailed instructions in plenty of time before arrival. Unit itself was as advertised. Screened in patio was a major plus, as was being on a floor that did not require lugging luggage up/down steps. Unit tastefully decorated. A nice and comfortable stay.
