Nestled in Osage Beach, this attractive condo for $195 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. **PLEASE NOTE: Due to recent local changes that the Osage Beach Fire District passed, we unfortunately will no longer be able to supply a gas or charcoal grills to this unit. Walk-in level (3 steps) from parking lot! This waterfront 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath condo has a SPECTACULAR lake view that goes on for miles! Enjoy the afternoon shade with our covered deck that faces the North. You can sit and enjoy the sounds and views of the lake without that Summer sun beating down on you! Located in the Heart of Osage Beach close to all the activities the lake has to offer at the 21 MM by water. The condo has been updated with new wood flooring in the living room and dining area and new carpeting in the bedrooms. The living room has new Sofa Sectional with recliners and a lounge chair. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay. The dining area has a table and 6 chairs and stools at the breakfast bar. The Master bedroom has a King size bed with TV/Cable. The second bedroom has a King bed with Cable/TV. This condo sleeps 4 people in beds. We offer a free wireless internet connection, linens and bath towels along with a full size washer and dryer. The Ledges Condominium complex is located at the 21 MM and has it all including 2 swimming pools and a swim beach. The first swimming pool is on the main channel, so relax and watch the boats go by on the lake. The second pool is equipped for children and adults and is located on the second tier and close the sandy swim beach area. Fishing off the docks is fun and there is a small playground for the kids! We have all the entertainment you could want at the lake! The outlet shopping mall is only 5 miles away. The condo is also just minutes away from all the shops, miniature golf courses and go-cart tracks found on Highway 54. Some of the best restaurants and night clubs are close by. We are also close to medical facilities, Lake Regional Hospital is just minutes away. Surdyke Marina is close where you can rent a boat, personal watercraft, launch your boat and keep your trailer is right next door to the complex for your convenience. More than anything we really enjoyed the balcony and the views. The whole condo was very comfortable and nicely done with furnishings (from beds to tableware). We used the grill as well. I would like to suggest a ceiling fan for the balcony. The last two nights there the people above us in #1032 were very rude and noisy, but we just ignored them and tried to enjoy our remaining days. We cant wait to do it again. Thank you so much.

Loved the view from this unit. Condo was clean and stocked. Walk-In was a plus for aged 65+ couples! Property managers were quick to respond to our questions. Would book this unit again.

Property fit our needs. We would have appreciated knowing that the condo does not supply pool towels. Also would have liked to know that there weren't any seasonings, other than salt and pepper, even ones left by previous renters. Had to purchase a couple for meal preparation and had to purchase foil and saran wrap. This is the first time we have run into a condo not having those items. Other than that, the condo met our needs.

Second stay at this condo. The deck is brand new a huge improvement from last year. Kitchen needs square baking pans. Condo could use a good deep cleaning. Rather dusty. Food under the couch. Furniture is feeling its age, not comfortable. Blinds are missing slats in the living room.

We did not enjoy balcony being dirty and full of spiders. This is definitely a rental only. Washed dirty dishes in cabinet. Furniture is worn. Couch was saggy. Coffee table was very worn with glass rings. Was told to close blinds to balcony but couldn't due to being broken. Outside fan broken. The view was perfect if balcony was clean. Could overlook the rest.

Easy self check in. Clean and quiet. Abundant and convenient parking. A bit disappointed in the cleanliness of the balcony area. Screening left laying on the balcony and although there was a dust pan out there it didn’t appear to have been cleaned in some time. Quick response from rental company. Large bedrooms and bathrooms. Good quality for the cost. Overall the location was great and I would likely stay there again.

It was our first trip to Lake of the Ozarks. We couldn't have had a better view of the main channel. Our condo was larger than expected and very clean. We really liked having a walk in unit. We had to end our trip early due to cold weather and rain but will return this summer. Hoping to stay at this condo again!

I decided to take the wife & my mom to the lake during spring. This condo has easy access from the parking lot & the views of the main channel off the deck are the best. Easy check in along with all the necessities being provided made the stay that much more stress free & enjoyable. Location is also close to several nearby restaurants, stores & other places to enjoy. The Lake of the Ozarks State Park is within a 5 minute drive & offers some of the best hiking trails in the area in my opinion.
