Currently Updated - NEW BEDDING, FURNISHINGS, PAINT This 2BR/2BA condo is located in the most-desirable building of the Ledges complex with an outstanding view of the Lake s main-channel. This unit faces the North (Bldg 10), so you won’t get beat with the afternoon sun! You can sit and watch the sunrise or sunset as you drink your morning coffee or your afternoon favorite beverage. You’ll appreciate the new paint, flooring and new bedding along with comfortable furnishings as you relax and visit in the open living area. If you're looking for a serene spot to unwind with your favorite book, drink, or snack while enjoying the passing boats, the new screened-in patio is the ideal location. And the best part is, you won't have to deal with any bothersome bugs! We take pride in how CLEAN our unit is! Bring along your laptop and log onto the Internet at High-Speed with Free Wi-Fi! The Kitchen is fully-equipped. The Master Suite has a King-sized bed, private bath, walk-in closet, Cable TV and a fantastic Lake View. The 2nd Bedroom also has a King-sized bed, common shared bath, and Cable TV. We also have a Queen Sofa Bed for the extra guests. (Unit sleeps 6) The complex has a lot to offer: 2 Swimming pools and a Huge Sandy Beach area with a play area for the kids. Check-In 4:00 PM, Check-Out 11:00 AM ***NOTE: 2023 the condo will be removing the gas grill- We will no longer have a grill or permit any type of grill. BOATERS:: Our boat slips are close by and available upon request. The State Park is just a short drive away and offers very nice launching facilities as well as short to long-term trailer parking for your Boat or Personal Watercraft Trailer OR you can go just down the street to Surdyke who also offers very nice launching facilities as well as trailer parking. By water, you ll be on the 20.5 Mile Marker just around the corner from the Grand Glaize Bridge. LADIES WEEKENDS:: All the shopping at the Lake is close by! The Lake of the Ozarks hosts the Factory Outlet Village, the largest Outlet Mall in the State with over 110 factory direct outlets. These stores are jam-packed with famous name brand merchandise at prices that will amaze you! GOLFERS: Bring your clubs! All of the courses are just a short drive from the centrally located Ledges Complex. PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: *No use of fireplace *No Events or Parties including bachelorette/bachelor. *NO smoking/pets. *Check-in time: 4pm *Check-out: 11 am. *Must be at least 25 years old to rent. Sorry, no exceptions. *Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed *List of complex rules provided after booking. This condo had amazing views of the lake, we really enjoyed the screened in balcony, we spent most of our time there. The owners were very informative. The master bed was super comfy. The cleaning company they use however, didn’t have the floors very clean when we arrived, we found chips on the floor and a water bottle that wasn’t even thrown away, and the showers weren’t cleaned, the floors were pretty dirty. It wasn’t a huge issue but definitely expected to come into a cleaner place. Oh, and the master bed needs deep pocket sheets, the kept coming off the corners during the night. We would stay here again for the exceptional views, hopefully the cleaning co does a better job for next time, again no fault to the owners on that, they were great with their information prior to the stay.

We loved spending our week here! The view is stunning, the screened in patio was wonderful being able to sit out with coffee or food and not worry about bugs. The unit was exactly as described and pictured. Very clean, and had all the necessities you need for your stay. If you forgot something, hyvee and walmart are not far. The owner was very responsive to all my messages. We were able to use a boat slip after renting a pontoon. The location is excellent and close to shopping, restaurants, rentals. The pool was perfect to jump in after a day out. We really enjoyed our stay and hopefully one day will be back!

We had a great stay. Perfect location. Loved eating breakfast on the balcony that overlooked the lake. The screened-in balcony was perfect, especially since we have kids. Check in/out process was easy. The beach area on the property was a bit dirty. Loved the book of suggestions for guests, that was helpful. Our family had a great time.

We enjoyed staying at this rental. It was clean and had great views of the lake. It has a washer and dryer inside the unit and nice large beds. Perfect for a weekend getaway with friends or family. They also allowed me to park my trailer there for the weekend which was great. I would definitely book this rental again and suggest it to anyone looking to stay in the area!

This was the most beautiful autumn weekend ever. We loved this condo as everything was just as described. The unit was very well taken care of & the owners are quick to respond to any questions. It has a beautiful view of the main channel so the back deck is where we spend most our time. The state park is only minutes away so we always do some hiking on the trails. The lake & nature are just fantastic this time of year. We would highly recommend the Rocky Top Trail & Shady Ridge Trail. Thanks for sharing your condo with us as it’s highly appreciated.

The process was easy. I don’t get these booking fees. Never used to charge these. The view was great. The screening on the deck was really dirty. Could use a comfortable chair in living area. Good location for most things we wanted to do. Bed in master is WAY high. Enjoyed Ha Ha Tonka State Park.

I rented this wonderful property to show my two girlfriends from Ontario Canada a great time at the Lake of the Ozarks. Us three ladies chose the condo with the best view of the main channel. Absolutely beautiful!!!

We had a problem with our bed which the manager corrected promptly. Also at that time he showed us how to work the remote for the TV, as there were no instructions and each TV had different remotes. The towels we had for our bathroom were frayed and obviously very old and worn. They definitely need to be replaced. Overall the property suited our needs but won't be our first choice next time we visit Osage Beach.

My husband and I, along with another couple, stayed at this property. It had the right amount of space, everything was as descrbied in the listing, and we had no issues with the overall facility. There were two pools, a small beach, and the place itself was in a good location. The balcony view as great for catching the sunrise and having morning coffee. I would recommend this place, and would return if staying in the area.
