We have all NEW furniture, bedding, carpet & tile. This condo is VERY CLEAN! This waterfront 2 Bedroom, 2 bath condo has a spectacular main channel lake view that goes on for miles and miles! This complex is located in the Heart of Osage Beach and is close to all the activities the lake has to offer. We are located by water on the 21 MM. (Close to Backwater Jacks, Dog Days, Shorty Pants, & Red Head Yacht Club and the Upcoming MARGARITAVILLE! This unit is new to the market since being TOTALLY REMODELED with all new furnishings! The Master Bedroom has a King size bed with a Master Bath (double sinks) attached. It also has a TV/cable. The Second Bedroom has a King size bed with TV/cable. The sofa also makes into a Queen size bed. There is also a common shared bathroom in the hallway. This condo has new vinyl laminate in the kitchen and ceramic tile in the bathrooms with new carpet in the living room and bedrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need if you are cooking. The deck is larger than most and is COVERED & SCREENED. Since it faces the North, you don't get that HOT sun shining on you in the afternoon....AND has a view that goes on for miles. Enjoy sitting there in the morning drinking your coffee or an evening while enjoying your favorite drink and watch all the boats go by. ***NOTE: 2023 the condo will be removing the gas grill- We will no longer have a grill or permit any type of grill. We offer free wifi, all linens, bath towels, bath soaps, hand soaps, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags and a full size washer and dryer for your convenience. The Ledges Condominium Complex is one of the most popular complex's due to the location (Heart of Osage), and the 2 swimming pools and the sandy beach! One of the swimming pools overlooks the main channel has an awesome view of the lake and beautiful sunsets. The 2nd pool is at the entrance to the complex and is across of the sandy beach area. Fishing off the docks is allowed so bring your fishing poles. We are centrally located to all the entertainment; golf, 110 outlet shopping mall, miniature golf, go-cart tracks, restaurants. We are only 2 miles from the Lake Regional Hospital for any emergency need! Boat/PWC rental and Boat Launching: Surdyke is right down the road from the condo where you can rental a boat, pwc or just launch your boat. We have covered boat slips available for $25 per night. We would love to have you stay at our condo! We take pride in our condo and the cleanliness of it. We hope you enjoy it as must has we have enjoyed getting it prepared for you! We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect, close to several things, especially the golf courses we played. The view of the lake was beautiful and sitting on the patio was very relaxing. Highly recommend this one. We will definitely visit again.

Beautiful condo - still had that new smell. Kitchen has newer appliances and is well equipped for anything you need. Very comfortable king size bed. A second king size bed in extra bedroom. Double vanity in master bath and a great shower. Very nice balcony, but it was too cold this weekend to spend much time out there. Two oversized TVs, one in the living room and the other in the master suite. Also ceiling fans in living room and bedrooms. Host was easy to contact and responded rapidly with help on the TV set-up. Highly recommend this beautiful condo.

Newly updated Ledges condo the unit was very clean and well decorated. Perfect location by land and water! We rented a boat slip as well. Everything you need is there for an enjoyable stay. FYI only one flight of stairs to the parking lot. Hosts are very accommodating. We will return.

The owners have done an absolutely terrific job with this condo. It’s very well decorated unit, truly a joy to stay at a place that was so well done with all apparently new furniture. They supply everything you need in the kitchen. Bathrooms were just as well decorated, we even liked the towels! The overall community was impressive as well. AND THE VIEWS! Wow, they were BEAUTIFUL! We stayed the last week of July 2023, and the construction being done below us was VERY loud - thumping, drilling, and hammering! All starting at 7:15am. Steer clear until probably mid-late August IF this bothers you. The owners did not disclose this on their listing. Aside from that you should absolutely rent this condo!! 😁😁

We’ve stayed at this property several times and never have any complaints. Living room tv has a Roku now which is nice. We would prefer Rokus in the bedrooms as well, but they do have cable. We do come in the off season, so we spend more time hanging out in the condo than you would during summer.

We had a very nice stay. It was quiet and peaceful just like we wanted. The condo was clean and decorated nicely with updated furniture and beds. Beautiful view. Would definitely stay again. Only critique is that for some reason the hot water lasts for only 1.5 showers 🤷🏻‍♀️

The condo was great and it was beautiful. The people upstairs however were loud and disorderly until about 3am. I was advised no security on site in off season to handle situations. This part was very disappointing but overall good property.

There was one hanger in one of the closets, none in the other. A stain on the carpet that could have been handled by the cleaners. The majority of the white cups in the cupboard were stained brown with tea/coffee and couldn’t be used. There were several saucepans that were so badly stained and one large frying pan that should have been thrown away. The screen door to the patio fell off the rails every time you opened it and the porch light didn’t work. The rim under the guest bathroom was dirty. There was no salt and pepper, although there was one empty shaker. Such a shame for such a beautiful apartment to leave bad impressions ,mainly because the cleaners did not do their job

Lake of the Ozarks is such a beautiful area…our first visit here and we loved sitting out on the balcony to watch all of the boats. It was the week before a big boat race, so we were there and was able to watch them prep for the race with helicopters flying with them photographing them on the water. The condo was quiet and easy to come and go from while seeing the sights and eating at different restaurants. Lots of fun renting a boat for a day too.

I booked this property for husband, kids and myself. The directions sent weren’t completely accurate as far as which building to go to, but we found it okay. Upon arriving it seemed clean, beds were okay, and I was happy to see that there were “strict quiet hours” as I had a 2 year old with me. However these “quiet hours” are not enforced as we had people above us up all night until 2:30am being loud and sounded as if they were running all over the place. There are no after hours number to call to complain, so we didn’t get much sleep. The check out process was okay, however when you need to leave early (earlier than check out time) and you have to get yourself and your kids ready, taking out trash and washing dishes is the last thing I want to deal with. Especially when the next place we plan on staying at says to leave everything for the cleaners. If you’re staying and plan on being up partying or socializing, this is an okay place to stay. If you want a quiet night and good sleep, I wouldn’t recommend it.

So the condo was nice, neighborhood was nice but it wasn't nice watching the next door condo enjoying there pool and I had to text to find out that both pools were closed till memorial day! That should have been let known beforehand! That was a hudge let down! Then the response was well most people that stay there know! I felt as if because this was my first time there I should have known the pools wouldn't be open?!?! No sorry no accommodation nothing! Just most people that have stayed here know
