About this condo rental
Nestled in Osage Beach, this charming condo for $135 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Location: The Ledges, Osage Beach, Lake of the Ozarks (2 miles from the outlet mall, ½ mile from Lake Regional Hospital) Accommodations: Condo, 2 bedrooms + convertible bed, 2 baths (Sleeps 4-6, max 8) 10 x 30 covered boat slip included with nightly price Our comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is perfect for any getaway. We are conveniently located in The Ledges complex at mile marker 20 in the center of Osage Beach, near all the lake activities: water sports, mini golf, outlet mall, specialty shops, grocery stores and public golf. The area offers many options in dining and nightlife easily accessible by land or water. There is something for all ages. The complex has 2 swimming pools – one on the point with an awesome view of the main channel. The second pool is located at the entrance to the complex. There is also a small sandy beach area for kids or the young at heart. A walking path along the lake provides a scenic view. Our waterfront condo is decorated with personal and welcoming touches. We want our guests to feel at home and relaxed. The condo is located a few steps down from the parking lot and is professionally cleaned in preparation for your visit. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, dinnerware and appliances. A dishwasher makes clean up after meals a breeze. There is seating for seven – three at the breakfast bar and four at the dining table. The dining area is perfect for family meals or playing cards or games. Board games are available in case of a rainy day. There is a full size clothes washer and dryer available for your convenience. The spacious living room has very comfortable seating which includes a sofa with a queen size pull out bed, a love seat and recliner. Enjoy the flat screen HD TV with cable channels or watch your own movies on the blue ray player. Games and cards are available for a fun evening of family entertainment. If you want to surf the web, a secured Wi-fi connection is available. The master bedroom has a comfortable king bed with an adjoining full bath, including double sinks and a tub/shower combination. The master provides a ceiling fan, flat screen smart TV, DVD player and private access to the deck. Large windows provide a tranquil view of the cove. The second bedroom has a queen bed, TV and DVD player with the main bathroom including shower nearby. We also have a queen size sofa sleeper for additional guests or children. All beds and baths are complete with linens and towels. The deck provides a view of the cove and main channel and is a great area for relaxing and taking in the atmosphere of the lake. Enjoy your morning coffee, or cook out on the electric BBQ grill. The dock area is in a no-wake cove, which is ideal for fishing, feeding the ducks and docking your boat. Our covered 10 x 30 slip (included with the quoted rate) is just a few steps away. There is electricity available on the dock near our slip. Boat launching and Trailer parking: Although The Ledges does not offer a boat ramp or trailer parking, we find the Lake of the Ozarks State Park a convenient facility for launching, retrieving and parking. The ramp at the park marina is well kept and in a quiet cove. Short-term or long-term parking is available in the Pa He Tsi area for reasonable rates. Wonderful Condo! Clean, well taken care of and great communication with owners! We loved the location and a great bonus having the boat slip so close! Master bed very comfortable and liked having a keurig coffee maker in the kitchen. We would stay again!

This condo was clean and the location is great. The closet in the master bedroom was locked and the closet in the second bedroom had two vacuums, so hanging clothes and use of closets is limited. There weren’t many bath towels and were no kitchen towels at all. These are minor issues and didn’t affect how much we enjoyed our stay. We just had to wash towels while we were there. Since there is a washer and dryer on site, including laundry soap, this was easily taken care of. All in all, we enjoyed our stay!

It was such a great location! Beautiful views (we saw a lot of turtles). They had everything we needed to have a wonderful vacation. We hope to book again and recommend people to definitely try this place out!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Ledges, it was convenient to lots of things to do and see. The property was clean and comfortable, we enjoyed watching the turtles from our deck. Would highly recommend this property.

The Condo was perfect. It is very clean and very updated. The location is good and easy to get to. The little beach is probably the most underrated amenity. We went for a little while and ended up sitting with our chairs in the water for several hours. We will stay here again and recommend it

This condo was clean, had comfortable furniture and fully stocked with everything needed during our stay. The power went out all around the area due to a down power line and the owner was sending me updates, which was greatly appreciated. We would recommend to this unit to family and friends!

Shootout Weekend
Very nice condo decorated well and comfortable, great boat slip. Carpet had popcorn spilled and unfortunately never vacuumed up. Not the owners fault, bad cleaning service.

This condo exceeded our expectations in every way. The beds were clean, the place smelled nice, and was very well furnished. The best thing about this condo is the location of the condo on the lake, the place we rented our boat from (aqua toys rentals) was maybe a 5 minute drive from the condo. We also really enjoyed being near all the shops and restaurants on the lake, and being close to party cove. The slip that is included with this property worked great with our 28 ft Tritoon. This is the first time me and my friends have planned a lake trip, and we are going to make this an annual thing, and we will be returning next year hopefully to the same condo for another boys trip. Thanks Ben and Jeanne!

Great getaway for boating family
Nice clean place, good space for family of 4. Added bonus you can see your boat in the slip from the deck. Helpful for OCD boat owners like me :)
