Situated in Osage Beach, this lovely condo for $195 per night is a great choice for your next trip. **PLEASE NOTE: Due to recent local changes that the Osage Beach Fire District, we unfortunately will no longer be able to supply a gas or charcoal grills to this unit. Welcome to our Ledges condo (unit 10310). This condo has been updated and is VERY CLEAN. Its located right on the main channel with awesome views from the balcony, living room, and master bedroom. Our condo is nicely decorated and equipped with everything you should need for a relaxing and enjoyable lake vacation experience. The Ledges is close to all that Osage Beach has to offer. Shopping is nearby. There are lots of restaurants to satisfy every taste. There is nightlife to satisfy most anyone. Are you looking for a great view of the lake? You have found that view with this condo. There aren't many condos in this area of the lake with this remarkable view. The balcony has an unobstructed view of the main channel. You can also sit in the comfortable living room and have an equally wonderful view of the main channel. When you awake in the master bedroom, you will be able to look out of the windows and have that same magnificent view. The master bedroom has private access to the balcony. One of the most prominent features of our condo is the balcony which overlooks the main channel. Sip a cool drink as you sit on the comfortable lounge furniture and watch the lake activities. The covered balcony provides a haven from the heat of the day and a refreshing breeze for those afternoons and evenings. In the evening, listen to the water lapping up against the shore as you reflect on the fun activities of the day. Master Bedroom has King size bed with all new furniture with cable/tv. Attached is a en-suite with double sinks and tub/shower combination. The 2nd Bedroom has a Queen size bed with a set up bunk beds and cable/tv. For those additional guests we have a sofa sleeper (Queen size) in the livingroom. We also offer free wifi. Our kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. Sit and watch all the boats go by. We supply all the paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, hand soaps, shower gels, kitchen soap & pods, laundry soap. There is no need to worry about if you will receive the key in time for your check-in. We have a lock box which contains entrance keys for the condo. We have removed that hassle. We try to think of everything, so that all you have to do is think about the fun and relaxation you will enjoy. BOATERS: We have multiple boat slips from 10 x 24, 12 x 30 to 14 x 40- Rental fee may be waived depending on your length of ask me. Trailer parking is available at the Surdyke Port 20 marina located very near the Ledges. Fishing is allowed from the docks. Need more have the condo right next door #1197218 on vrbo. We have multiple units from 2 bedroom, 3 bedrooms to 5 bedrooms. Just give us a call 618-363-8065. PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: *NO GRILLS of any type ALLOWED *No use of fireplace - Decorative *No Events or Parties including bachelorette/bachelor. *NO smoking/pets. *Check-in time: 4pm *Check-out: 11 am. *Must be at least 25 years old to rent. Sorry, no exceptions. *Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed *List of complex rules provided after booking. Guest responsible for any fines issued to them due to their negligence *Excessive mess after departure could result in additional cleaning fees. *Guest responsible for any damages they cause *Quiet hours: 11pm-7am *Pools open Memorial weekend and close after Labor Day weekend *Cancellation policy stands regardless of illness or weather. Travel insurance is recommended.

We stayed here during New years weekend with our two kids and in-laws. The condo is beautiful and very clean and the view is unbeatable. Check in process was very simple and the hosts were available to help answer any questions. Would highly recommend!!

Property as advertised. Quite a few remodels being done ( due to Dec. Weather) around complex, but they never interfered or dirupted our stay.We had a really good time. Certainly would rent the condo again.

The unit itself is very clean and updated nicely, and it's in a great spot to view the lake and boats going by. Being early November a lot of area attractions are now closed or limited, but for a quick relaxing stay at the lake it was great. Thanks!

Good location, excellent views, great stay all around. My only knock would be a very noisy king size bed. It was comfortable, but getting in or out of the bed created noise. Even with the noisy bed I’d stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Ledges. The view was spectacular!! Condo had everything we needed. The house itself was very clean. Only thing needing attention was the grill. It was very dirty & old. Burners need to be changed out. Other than that we had an awesome time. Will certainly recommend to others and hope to come back ourselves in the future!!

We arrived a little before the 4pm check in, and expected to wait until 4pm to check in but the condo was still being cleaned so we weren't able to check in until they were done about 4:30. So the wait was a bit of a bummer. Condo was very nice and roomy, with excellent view of the lake from the balcony. Beds were comfortable and showers had good water pressure. Lots of closet room, but bring hangers if you will have clothes to hang up (no hangers provided). We enjoyed the pool and fishing from the docks. Overall, we had a good time and would stay again.
