Nestled in Osage Beach, this attractive condo for $143 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. THE COMPLEX IS CURRENTLY TEARING OFF THE DECKS TO THIS BUILDING. WHILE THIS IS BEING DONE, THE UNIT CAN BE RENTED, BUT THE PATIO WILL BE OFF LIMITS AND THE DOOR TO THE PATIO WILL BE BOLTED SHUT FOR SAFETY. THIS IS DUE TO BE COMPLETED BY MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND **PLEASE NOTE: Due to recent local changes that the Osage Beach Fire District passed, we unfortunately will no longer be able to supply a gas or charcoal grills to this unit. Walk in level from the parking lot! Book our condo for 1 week and get the boat slip free!!!! You will be very comfortable in our nicely furnished 2 bedroom and 2 Bath condo. We have a very comfortable King bed in the master with attached bath w/Cable TV. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed with direct access to the second full bath.(Cable TV) We also have a Queen size sofa Sleeper in livingroom. We have a full- size washer & dryer for those extended stays. Fully equipped kitchen includes a regular coffee pot, blender, crockpot, toaster, plenty of pots/pans and bakeware. Enjoy our gas BBQ grill on the deck while enjoying your favorite beverage. We have a spacious deck with a great view of the cove & main channel. Beautiful lake view to enjoy while cooking and watch the breathtaking sunsets. This condo is centrally located. It sits in the Heart of Osage Beach at the 20 1/2 MM near all the activities. We are centrally located to the Outlet Mall or visit one of the many fun boutiques. Several championship golf courses are very near to the condo. Big Surf Water Park, Go Karts, Parasailing, Miner Mike and the new Trampoline Park are all within a few miles. The Celebration Dinner Cruise is only 5 miles from the condo. May restaurant choices from fast food to fine dining. We have waterfront bars, Backwater Jacks, Dog Days & Redhead Yacht Club are within minutes. The Ledges is the only complex that has 2 POOLS and a SANDY BEACH AREA - Great for kids and Adults! BOAT SLIP AVAILABLE FOR $25/DAY ADDITIONAL PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: *No use of fireplace *No Events or Parties including bachelorette/bachelor. *NO smoking/pets. *Check-in time: 4pm *Check-out: 11 am. *Must be at least 25 years old to rent. Sorry, no exceptions. *Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed *List of complex rules provided after booking. Guest responsible for any fines issued to them due to their negligence *Excessive mess after departure could result in additional cleaning fees. *Guest responsible for any damages they cause *Quiet hours: 11pm-7am *Pools open Memorial weekend and close after Labor Day weekend *Cancellation policy stands regardless of illness or weather. Travel insurance is recommended.

This condo was very clean and nicely decorated in the lake vibe! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to eat a few meals in before hitting the water! We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends!

Great property! Awesome space to hang out, both inside and on screened deck. The beds were very comfortable, although the sleeper sofa isn't. We had taken an air mattress, so it worked out. The hosts are very prompt to reply if you need anything!

The building manager was great we just had a shortage of supplies. The sofa was horrible all broke down. Not sure what was going on with the bedding a blanket anf and towel coming out from under mattress. We took some pics. Hot water heater quit working but the manager responded fast thanks.

Nice relaxing place right over looking the lake. Screened in patio was a plus as we could sit out and enjoy the peace without being ate up by the bugs. Don’t hesitate to book here. Will definitely use again!

Very nice accommodations, especially well stocked kitchen. Central location made it ideal to quickly get to many of the local attractions. Boat dock was not available, but would have been handy with the weather being beautiful. Neighbors directly above us were very inconsiderate and certainly did not adhere to the quiet hours policy. Shouting and swearing at all hours of the night and into early morning hours. Overall, a very nice rental and we will return.

Ours stay was all we'd hoped it would be with a lovely view over the boating slips and breath-taking sunset views. extra close to Lake of the Ozarks, Bridal Cave and Ha Ha Tonka State Park. If we come again we'd love to stay here again!

We've stayed at the Ledges four times now and all the condos have been great. This one was no exception. The hosts were great with getting back to us quickly. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. The view is fantastic and we always love hanging out at the pool that is at the peak of the condos with a great view of the main channel. The only complaint were the neighbors above (which is not the hosts fault) but the kid or kids would run back and forth from morning until night. We wondered how they could have so much energy and how the parents didn't want to tell them to stop and have consideration for the people below them. Again though, not the hosts fault. This might be the ONLY reason we would not rent here again as we are not sure it they were renters or if they actually own the condo so wouldn't want to chance this happening again if they are the owners and stay frequently. Other than that GREAT condo and great hosts! Great holiday weekend getaway!

Great property with a great location. We rented a pontoon and jet skis near by and very close to restaurants. Condo is everything they said it would be. Would stay here again.

Our stay was nice, quite n comfortable...I will add the front glass door will hurt you if you don't hold on to it and the coffee pot takes no joke an hour to brew so be sure to set timer or else breakfast is done n over before u get ur coffee fix...could've used a couple more towels and washrags but we made use of the washer n dryer...overall a good stay!

Had a slight glitch when first trying to rent property as calendar kept saying it was rented for my dates. Tried 3 different sites with same results so called VRBO and got it straightened out. Otherwise renting it was easy along with payment, etc.

My family stayed here for a few days over the kids' Spring Break. The condo was comfortable for the five of us (2 adults and 3 kids) and we enjoyed lazing on the back patio enjoying the view of the lake. Our kids also enjoyed the playground on the property. We would definitely stay here again.

Though it was a bit out of the way for the activities we were doing and roads were a bit awkward, the condo was very quiet. Easy parking. Hosts were awesome when I had trouble with getting into condo.
