Turtle Beach Villa is a lovely five bedrooms, family-friendly beachfront villa sitting on world-famous Grace Bay Beach in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos. Located at the tip of the quiet, western, residential end of Grace Bay Beach, this beautiful five bedrooms, the five-bathroom villa offers comfortable accommodation and fantastic snorkeling right outside your door. Turtle Beach Villa is built almost at the water's edge, fronting 12 miles of magnificent, white, sandy beach. Although you couldn't be closer to the beach and ocean, Turtle Beach Villa has an imaginative, infinity-edge pool and spacious decks for your enjoyment and relaxation. Enjoy spectacular views and colorful sunsets from your private deck or pool. Turtle Beach Villa has beautifully landscaped gardens with colorful tropical plants and palm trees. Even in the dining room, you can enjoy the fresh air through the large patio doors open fully for a true indoor/outdoor experience. However, once you pull away from this idyllic setting, you will find six restaurants within easy walking distance and various marina activities offering fishing, diving, tours, and more. Turtle Beach Villa has a large, fully equipped kitchen; a gas-fired Barbecue grill is also on the deck for your enjoyment. Recently, all outside floors and stairways were re-finished with beautiful & cool European limestone. Although most people spend most of their time outside, Turtle Beach Villa has a spacious living room. It provides you with a high-speed internet connection at no charge, 118 channel cable TV including HBO, Cinemax, etc., and a radio, CD, and DVD player with an iPhone adaptor to play your selection of iTunes music in the living room. Each of the five bedrooms has 118 channel cable TV and a private outside entrance for added privacy. Note: if there are young children in your party, please be aware that the four bedrooms on the lower level do not open onto the villa's interior or to each other. The four beach-level bedrooms enjoy a garden view and open onto a breezeway, which is gated on either end. Each bedroom has its bathroom, complete with a hairdryer; each has optional air conditioning, metered via an easy-to-read digital meter. The famous Smith's Reef is just outside your door, a colorful, tropical reef teeming with abundant sea life. Here you can wade out from shore and snorkel on one of the best reefs in the country. Note: with the coral reef so close to the coast, a rocky strip exists between the sandy beach and the water in this immediate area, but there are several nearby, easy access points into the water. Notes: • AC is metered to discourage use with doors and windows open, thus eliminating the need for a higher rental rate to cover AC waste. You are given a $150 weekly AC allotment; beyond that, you will be charged actual costs. The AC is metered on a separate meter which you will be shown at check-in. • Turtle Cove is a great walkable neighborhood with six restaurants and Turtle Cove Marina just a short walk from the villa. • A rental car is the best means of transportation. • This property is typically offered in one-week blocks on a Saturday-to-Saturday basis. We sometimes make exceptions to this rule if your travel dates are from mid-August to mid-October or if you are traveling within 30 days. Kindly note that exceptions are not otherwise made. Very centralized. Great villa would stay here again no question. Some of the best snorkeling is just steps away. If you needed something or had questions about area they were very helpful. No compilates!

We had an amazing time in TCI & this property was perfect for us! We were travelling with our daughters & some of their friends. They were able to have their own space, which was perfect. The view of the ocean & sunsets from all of upstairs was perfect. The kitchen was well equipped & has everything we needed & more. Some of the outdoor furniture was a bit tired, but overall we had a fantastic stay.

Just spent a week at this gorgeous house in Turtle Cove. The house is located in the middle of the island, so getting around was quick and easy. Each room is spacious, and has it's own A/C unit and bathroom. Property is well maintained and had enough space to accommodate the 8 of us. I would recommend bringing water shoes for going in the ocean. Lots of rock blocking the entrance to the beach, making it a little difficult to enjoy the ocean. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our time on the island.

Perfect for a family vacation

Beautiful beach front setting, great pool and comfortable accommodations. We even had a private chef come in and had a beautiful dinner on the pool deck at sunset. There were 9 of us. Super convenient to IGA and a safe walk to the Marina for cocktails or a meal. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our time at the villa. Perfect for 5 couples. We lived outside from morning to night. The infinity pool was meeting place for us. Just a few steps to the beach for unlimited snorkeling and floating in our rafts. The other beach visitors were jealous that we were floating in the ocean. The only negative comment was that there was no powder room available near the pool. We had good food at Shark bites and Baci which were restaurants within walking distance from the villa.

Great property that was perfect for our two families (10 people in total). Location was great, away from the bustle of the large resorts, but close enough to drive to all the good shops/restaurants. There were fun restaurants walkable right around the corner in the marina plus a great place for breakfast. The beach is incredible for snorkeling and watching the boats leave the marina. Not quite as flat as the beach near the resorts, but much more peaceful and less crowded which we much preferred. Incredible place!

The property is fantastic. All rooms have their own bathroom and the master bath has an outdoor shower which is heavenly. Nothing was missing. Walking distance to some great restaurants and the beach is very secluded. Many of us enjoyed an afternoon nap in the hammock by the beach. We will be back.

The place is as described. Absolutely right on the beach!! Kitchen is well stocked. Check in process was great, she was very through with the detail to make sure we understood everything. My husband and son's loved the location to Smith Reef. Ton of snorkeling done with a lot of stuff to see and fun night time snorkel. Only thing that would have been better is if they provided a couple of kayak's or paddle boards as many other rental locations did. I understand that this would be an additional cost , but think people would enjoy them as it would be a great area to kayak.

It doesn't get any better then this. We had a group of 10 adults and we all an amazing time. The location, views and the house itself, couldn't have been any better. You could walk from the kitchen to the beach in under 1 minute and then be in the water snorkeling. We are already planning our trip back next year. Outstanding!!

From the moment our group of 5 couples arrived at Turtle Beach Villa we were very impressed with the layout, the condition and accommodations with villa has to offer. Everyone had ample space to stretch out and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The private beach area within a few short steps of the villa enabled snorkeling and relaxation. We could not have found a better property or location for this special occasion!

Incredible stay on Provo!

This was our second time to Provo and the first time renting a villa. Turtle Beach Villa was amazing! It was very comfortably furnished, with all the amenities of home. The kitchen was fully equipped and there was a grill outside, so we ate in most nights. Every bedroom was nicely decorated, with it's own bath, and fit our family well. The view was incredible and you could do all the snorkeling you wanted right out your backdoor. The staff that came in mid-week were very pleasant and did a wonderful job. This villa is spectular! We have already recommended it to friends, who have booked it for next spring! Can't wait to go back!!!!

Gorgeous home, pool, beach and so much more. We ate in nearly every night, cooking on the wonderful BBQ because there was no reason to go anywhere else. The kitchen was beautifully equipped (says my husband, the chef) and the views morning, noon and night were spectacular. Each day we had the difficult decision of choosing between the infinity pool or the private beach. AHHH....wishing we were still there.
