Situated in Daytona Beach, this charming condo for $202 per night is a great option for your next trip. 9th floor condo, 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Completely renovated top to bottom in 2015. Tastefully and comfortably decorated with all new furnishings including new memory foam matresses, hardwood flooring throughout the entire condo. Master bedroom has king size bed and queen size pull out sofa, with walk out to large balcony. The views from bed are incredible. Large walk in closet and makeup vanity. The 2nd bedroom has two twin (full) beds. Each bedroom has a brand new 48 inch "Smart" T.V. High end linens and bed coverings. Master bath with new vanity and fixtures and full bath tub/shower. 2nd bath with new vanity and fixtures with walk in shower. Large kitchen with all the comforts of home, including all new stainless appliances. If you need it in the kitchen, you will find it here! New remote control ceiling fans in each room. Large living room with queen size pullout sectional sofa and beautiful recliner chair, 60 inch "Smart T.V." . FREE WIFI throughout the unit! Free long distant calling throughout North America! Gorgeous dining room with matching breakfast bar. Large covered balcony alcove with outdoor sofa, table and two swivel chairs. Full washer and dryer in the unit. Condo has a large penthouse community kitchen/party room and library. Heated pool with walk out to no drive beach, sauna and workout room on lower level. 20 minutes to Daytona International Speedway, under an hour to Cape Canaveral, just over an hour to Orlando attractions, and St Augustine. Close to many top rated golf courses. The Ormondy is friendly safe and secure. Walking distance to grocery/pharmacy, bars and bakeries/ coffee shops. County Lifeguard posted just 100 yards from the building on the beach for safe swimming. Many fine restaurants in the area as well.

We stay at units all over the area because my family still lives there where I grew up. This is, by far, my favorite so far!!! Great view from the condo. Easy check-in. Fabulous location. Absolutely spotless. All of the beds were so comfortable. The unit has everything you need for the kitchen, sleeping, beach activities, etc. Secure building with key fobs and parking garage. We will absolutely stay here again!!!!

Very nice place to rest and relax. Away from the busyness of Daytona beach area. Was looking for a recliner because that was in the pictures, but didn’t have one. Was disappointed in that as I have back and leg problems. Water was turned off one day from 8:30 until 2:30, but wasn’t a big deal to us. They gave us plenty notice before they did it. The view was absolutely beautiful. Enjoyed that for sure. Had everything we needed provided. Nice week for us.

We had a wonderful family vacation and this condo was all that we hoped it would be. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed for me to make dinners for my family. The balcony was perfect for sunrise and sunset coffees and a great place to relax and even take a nap. The condo was clean and the furnishings comfortable especially the master bed. The water pressure and shower head in the master bathroom was excellent. We would definitely love to stay there again.

Loved this condo. Very comfortable. Loved the fact that there are full size beds in the guest room and not the standard twins and a big sectional you can stretch out on in the living area. The view from the balcony was fantastic. We loved being able to see the Sunrise, Sunset , the river and the ocean!! Loved the very large pool! Our only disappointment was the gas grill down by the pool. It was dirty and the grill cleaning tool available was ready for the trash. Luckily the owner has a wonderful grill pan we could use in the kitchen and there was a very nice blender that worked great for our frozen drinks. We are already planning another stay!!!

Great property, views and beach. Well stocked kitchen. Anything and everything to prepare a meal. Throughly enjoyed the area. Central to everything- restaurants, entertainment and shopping. Will definitely return. 😃

This was a nice condo and we had a good time. The weather turned cold during our visit and we were not able to turn the heat on. We got and alarm bell every time we tried. They don't want you to turn the air conditioner lower than 75 degrees and it got warm at night. We did have a ceiling fan but could not open the windows in the 2nd bedroom. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals during your stay.

We enjoyed our stay here. The condo was a nice size, very clean, kitchen is nicely stocked and the outside area balcony was lovely! We really enjoyed watching the surfers. Location is perfect and so close to all sorts of dining possibilities. Daytona beach is a ten minute drive. Owners were very responsive to a couple of minor issues we had with the garage remote.

Everything was just like the pictures! Communication with Joe was great, check in process seamless, and key fobs and door codes worked great! Very quiet stretch of beach, felt like a private beach at times! Hope to return!
