2 Bedroom Condo Unit located in small condo complex with OCEAN VIEWS. 100 feet to 7 miles of sandy beach and a 5 minute walk via sand or sidewalk to the center of Old Orchard Beach where you can find numerous options for amusements, dining, and shopping. Great porch with wonderful ocean views from a second level unit that comfortably sleeps four in beds. Enjoy the sun rise with your morning coffee on the front porch or enjoy the ocean view from the living room.

We had a very nice stay, but I would like to say that when you have accommodations for 4 (even though we only had 3, only have two wash clothes provided is strange and not enough. There should be at least in my opinion two times the number of people staying. Hand towels and wash clothes are not the same thing. Also a lamp on each night stand is normal...so it was the little things, that were disappointing here and I do not feel I should have to reach out and ask for basic things like this.

I am a retired solo traveler. I enjoyed my stay here very much. This spot was perfect for me, but would also be great for everyone up to a small family. It is in a great location, just feet to the beach, and a few minutes walk to the pier and main drag of town. With that said, the location is very quiet. The space itself is very well appointed, and had everything I needed. I would certainly stay here again if I return to the area.

I would recommend staying here. All of the rooms were very clean and the unit is well maintained.

Incredibly clean!!!!!!!! Perfect location. Cutest seating area under steps with a peek of the ocean and lighthouse. Perfect distance to beach and town. Quiet and simple. Hosts were so friendly and helpful. Loved the kitties, Crickets and Piper that I had coffee with in the morning. More than ample parking space for an XL pickup truck.
