Clean and comfortable house with beautiful backyard. Made good use of the putting green! Excellent communication with property management company with prompt response for one small issue. Would absolutely rent again.

We really enjoyed our stay in Chandler. The property was very clean and well stocked. I appreciated having some of extras such as a slow cooker and spices. The dishes, cutlery, and pots and pans were of much better quality than we’ve had at other properties. The neighbourhood is very safe and close to grocery stores. We really enjoyed the park and walking paths in the area. We had a great time and were sad to leave.

This home has all the comforts one could possible want from a temporary home. It is very clean, comfortable and well maintained. The master bedroom is large and the bed & pillows are very comfortable and the master bath and closet is large. The small use shampoo, conditioner, lotion, etc. is a nice touch. There are plenty of bath towels. All the little things are available, hangers, towels, kitchen pots & pans, dish soap and supplies, etc. In addition to a big washer and dryer there is even a dishwasher. We brought our own supplies such as aluminum foil, storage baggies, spices for cooking etc. but probably didn't need to. There are also stores close by for food and personal effects so one could travel lightly. If you're adventurous there is even a bike in the garage I think one could use to bike to Safeway, it's close enough. The back yard is big, inviting and the Bar-B-Q is great. It's a 2 car garage which is very nice, but my husband's truck which is slightly lifted didn't fit in. My 4-door sedan fit in the garage nicely however. The driveway is somewhat short IMO and slightly sloped. A full size vehicle could park on the driveway comfortably but a full size truck extended cab with a hitch might run over the sidewalk just a bit. The headboard in one of the bedrooms was somewhat noisy (squeeky) but not a big issue as the bed is comfortable. There is basic satellite Dish TV in the main living area and in the master bedroom, and a DVD with plenty of DVDs to pick from and a good assortment of reading books. There is a nice walkway parkway behind the home for peaceful walks. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt very safe. We did not experience any issues with barking dogs in the parkway behind the home. Overall, it was a very delightful stay and the rental management company was good to work with and they responded quickly to my inquiries. I would recommend this home as a rental and would not hesitate to stay here again.

We had a comfortable stay at this property. Enough room to spread your wings. Safe neighbourhood. Pleasant surroundings. A very nice park just in the background. Had enjoyable walks every day. Conveniences with in short drive. Staff at Arizona Focus Realty were very prompt in addressing the minor issues and they were very courteous in resolving them. Thank you..

We rented out this VRBO for 75 days after our house sold, while we were waiting for our new house to finish being built. My husband and I were as little worried as we have 2 small children and 2 small dogs, bit our stay was wonderful! The location is great, near several major freeways and tons of good food. Arizona Focus Realty got back to us immediately when contacted about various little things that popped up, and we're so nice and helpful! We would definitely recommend this property for all lengths of stay!

This rental was a great find and location!! The pictures and description of this bungalow were exactly as advertised. The grill was clean and we used it a lot. We were happy to find a pet friendly house and our small dog even enjoyed the parks and walking paths. The management company provided excellent customer service and were quick to respond to any issues. Restaurants and bars are close by in downtown Gilbert and Chandler. One thing I wished that this rental had was two bicycles. The house is located very close to bike paths that can take you down to the Chandler Airport. I would highly recommend this bungalow to anyone. Thanks to Focus Realty for a great stay. A-plus !!

This was great location for our golf trip and sayed here 8 nights. Great location in Chandler and easy to find house as off main streets. If you are golfing at Whirlwind, Southern Dunes, Duke at El Dorado, ASU Karsten, The Legacy, or Raven in Phoenix, Mesa, Chandler and Maricopa this is great location for you. House has great master bedroom to sleep 2 and separate bath and tub along with tons of hang-up closest space. 2nd bedroom has queen bed and plenty of room for 2 people to sleep. 3rd bedroom as 2 double beds for kids to sleep in and these bedrooms share a nice 2nd bathroom. 2 car garage is nice if you are meeting other family members who are driving separate. Nice kitchen with everything you need to cook if you want to but we just had breakfasts there. If you want to grill and have a fire there is great patio area outside for that if you want. Also nice to have large size washer and dryer to do wash as we used this pretty much every night. This neighborhood is pretty quiet which made for good sleeping as well during nights and into later mornings during the week days with ceiling fans. TV with satellite in living room and also TV in master bedroom. The only real small issue is that there is a walking area outside this house and on weekends people were out walking their dogs mostly on weekend days during Easter weekend so if you are trying to sleep in if out late you did hear some barking but this isn't any issue if you are an early riser. Would just recommend bring a set of ear plugs or run your ceiling fan with louder white noise depending on how you sleep. I fell right back to sleep always so just minor caution.
