About this house rental
Historic home located a block from campus. Thomas Park across the street from the home with a walking trail, trees and swings as well as a public pool. Home has a nice backyard for entertainment. Our visit to Bryan was for the enrollment of my god daughter into Texas A&M. Page, our host was amazing. We had a couple of every specific requests and she came through with flying colors. Amazing responsiveness. The house was quaint, spacious and well taken care of. Location was right, everything was less than 5 minutes. If you are looking for a space when I Bryan, look here first.

We had a great 1 night stay in college station for graduation. The place fit our needs and the pet friendly option was great so didn’t have to board at home!

Stayed here for a week helping my daughter move into the dorms. The property was very clean, nicely decorated, and well-stocked with kitchen items. The property manager was very helpful and helped us use the alarm system.
There are just a few things that could be easily fixed for an even better stay:
One toilet surged water every 5 seconds.
Another toilet was not bolted to the floor so it was not usable.
The kitchen faucet was not bolted to the countertop, so was difficult to turn on/off.
The refrigerator was rickety so every time it was opened it wobbled back and forth. This also caused water to leak into the fridge from the freezer.
The wifi had a slow connection. You must have a Netflix account. It was the only service that would work. I did not try to work or hook up my phone to the wifi.
The location was perfect and quiet, which we enjoyed.
