Situated in Osage Beach, this lovely house for $1,250 per night is a great option for your next break. Added a new private pool last year!! Newer lakefront estate home right in the heart of Osage Beach. This beautifully furnished home is just minutes from the outlet mall, restaurants, go-carts, putt putt golf, movie theaters and more. Enjoy breath taking views while sipping coffee on one of two covered decks. This lakefront home is located in a fantastic cove perfect for tubing and water sports. The gorgeous gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a perfect lakefront meal. The granite countertops, Thermadore appliances, and beautiful hardwood floors add to the comforts of the home. The family room is a perfect gathering spot with its two story stone (wood burning) fireplace and 65” flat screen high definition smart TV. A DVD player is also there for your enjoyment. The master bedroom is located on the main floor and it is a retreat in itself. It has a king bed, a large flat screen smartTV, gorgeous views and a separate door leading directly to the covered deck area. The spa like master bathroom has granite counter tops, a beautiful travertine stone shower and a large tub. The lower level is set up as a fantastic recreation area complete with a ping pong table . It has a wet bar with a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, and granite countertops. The large sectional couch faces a 65” flat screen smart TV. Additionally, there are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths in the lower level. The lower level opens up onto a private covered deck just feet from the water. Two bedrooms on this level have a queen bed and the other bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds for the kids. The upper level has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Bedroom 1 upstairs has a queen bed. Bedroom 2 upstairs has a queen and a twin bed. Bedroom 3 upstairs has 2 queen beds. The dock has a 14 x 40 covered slip and is just steps from the home. Also included is a kayak and paddle boat for your enjoyment. An outdoor firepit is located by the lake for roasting marshmallows and hotdogs. This property checked off many of the boxes of what we needed. The house was in a great location and close to boat rental. We had plenty of room for the 13 of us ranging from 1-60. We enjoyed the pool as well as the lake. Our family had a great week making memories! Compared to other properties that we’ve rented this property was a little overpriced. The attention to property details was not a not a 5 star rating. Also beach towels were not provided. When I inquired about them, they said other guest took them. We had to purchase our own which if notified earlier we could have brought ours from home. Overall this vacation was full of making new memories.

Our family of 10 had ample room in this beautiful home. The bedrooms were nice and the pool was wonderful. Be sure to bring your own coffee filters and any additional spices you like. Then go and have a great time! This property is in an excellent location. Close to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. We loved fishing off the dock or swimming in the lake as well.

This is a lovely home that worked out wonderfully for our family of 12! (4 under 6). The littles were catching a ton of fish from the dock and having the time of their lives. The location was perfect to restaurants, grocery stores and other attractions. We rented a pontoon for tubing as well. The house is clean, comfortable and we could all gather together to play games or eat. Magnificent! Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us.

House is beautiful, the views from pool and decks are spectacular, and the location is perfect! We spent everyday at the pool watching the boats, jet ski’s, and sunsets. House is spacious for large families, kitchen is well stocked, and plenty of seating! Entire house was very clean.We had a great vacation at this property…would definitely stay here again!!!

Had a great time. The house has a great location in a cove with a restaurant and close to grocery stores and target. Good pizza place and the owner recommendations for restaurants was spot on. Not mentioned in the listing was a per day cash charge to heat the pool (not a big deal in summer but it did start to get cold) also the mattresses were not great for a house of this price point- very springy/hard and the master had a full size bed. Be sure to bring spices for cooking as there was only salt and pepper. The property caretaker has a pontoon you can rent from him as well which was convenient. Would we stay again? Sure.

The house was great and the property manager was super helpful and responsive. The only complaint was the kids were looking forward to using the foos ball table and there was not one as shown in the pictures. The pool was great and well taken care of daily and the dock was very nice. Great trip!

This house was very spacious with plenty of sleeping areas for our large family. The kitchen had everything you could need and more. The view of the lake was beautiful and the in ground pool was the icing on the cake.

Beautiful home, great location, lots of space! Wish we would have known shampoo and body wash were not provided, luckily we had enough between us that we brought by chance. An Umbrella by the pool would be nice and moving the grill from the driveway to the back of the house by where everyone hangs out would have been nice.

We have been staying in the Ozark and Osage Beach area for the past 8 summers and this was my favorite home rental thus far. We had plenty of fridge space, the washer and dryer were huge to hold lots of towels in a single load. The home was beautiful, very up to date and spacious and the air conditioner kept up completely, even upstairs! The location was great with sunsets and a place to swim near the dock. Lots of shoreline to fish and relax on the outdoor decks with a great view! There was plenty of parking, even room for our boat trailer. The owner and property manager were always timely with any questions or requests. My only disappointment would be the shower pressure on the top floor where my family stayed and we have 5 females with long/thick hair. We were likely competing with the other 3 showers going downstairs at the same time. But Thank you Bill for sharing your beautiful home, and thank you Brian for all you did to accommodate. We hope to stay here again in the coming years!
