About this condo rental
Located in French Quarter, this lovely condo for $403 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. This 4 bedroom 4 bath unit is a very comfortable at about 1,500 sq ft. The living/ dining/kitchen are “open floor plan style” designed for socializing. All appliances are top of the line stainless steel. The unit is richly appointed with original paintings, art work, and local photography. The exposed brick walls, exposed beams, cathedral ceilings, and large windows blend with the modern furnishings and contemporary art. The bedrooms are quaint, functional, with en suite baths and located just off the main living area. One bedroom is quietly tucked away on the split level up a few steps from the living room. All bedrooms are richly appointed and all have king sizes beds. Most bedrooms have huge 4’ x 4’ sky lights with motorized blackout shades. The kitchen is equipped with glassware, plates, flatware, pots, pans, etc. Simply walk in, unpack your bags, and enjoy your trip-- everything else should already be taken care of. This unit is located on the top (3rd) floor.

Location, bedding, kitchen, bathrooms, staff were great. The only complaint is that the upstairs bedroom was hot and you couldn't turn on the AC to cool it down while heating the downstairs bedrooms which were cool. Luckily the guest staying in that room didn't mind. We would stay again but not choose a set up with an upstairs bedroom. Otherwise, loved our stay!

Had a great time hosting friends and family for my 50th Birthday Party. Staff was very accommodating and let us be loud and crazy temporarily, while also keeping other guests in mind. It was three days and nights of fun! Would highly recommend!

The listing/pictures are very accurate- very nice. Secure entry and seems like a safe area even at night. In a quiet area and close walk to sights- 12 minute walk to convention center/ WWII museum, 8 to Bourbon St, and 5 to casino. Front desk person who will let you leave bags there if you arrive before check-in. Coffee/tea station in the small lobby- decent, but better to brew your own in the room. Nice towels, beds and pillows. Bathrooms very nice- showers too. Quiet, and plenty of space. We had 4 people staying, and the couch/ living area was not enough for 4 to lounge/ watch tv. Needed to use the kitchen table, or use the TV's in the bedooms. Nice appliances in the kitchen. Really satisfied with this property. Possibly 10-15 rooms within the property? 3 floors with large elevator.
Didn't use the hot tub/ pool/ courtyard, but it looked nice.

We had a great experience with the Natchez property. The units are clean with nice beds, showers and furniture.
The only drawback was we were not able to get Wi-Fi access in our room. They were working on it during our stay.
We would recommend this stay and location to others. It is easy access to the French Quarters and Magazine Street

It’s a perfect spot for a small team to stay. Everyone still had their own room and bathroom, but we had a common space to meet as well. Highly recommend!

The 4 bedroom unit was ideal for our group. Loved having the kitchen & living room to allow us to spend time together. Location is easy walking distance to French Quarters but is quiet when you want to escape.

Best of New Orleans
The Natchez property is perfect location to experience the “best of New Orleans”. The property was very clean and while keeping the historical structure was modern and luxurious. Perfect stay!! We can’t wait to visit again!!

Couples Trip
Traveled to NOLA with 3 other couples and stayed in 4BR/4BA condo - great experience - had a blast talking with good friends late into the night after great NOLA dinners and condo was large enough to have some privacy when needed - love the CBD location - so many great restaurants and French Quarter within easy walking distance - we'll be back!

The rental boasts a luxury accommodation. The unit is sparsely furnished so w/ only one luggage rack per room your clothes stay on the floor if they do not hang on a hanger. The kitchen was missing a complete set of utensils and was not as advertised ( “gourmet kitchen”).

Only thing i would change is putting two double beds in two of the bedrooms and consider a pullout couch. It can sleep 8 only if they are couples.

Artsy Urban High Tech Getaway
Great space, perfect location, and very friendly staff. The beds were extremely comfortable. It was a bit difficult to get up and explore the city after sleeping on Cloud 9. Bathrooms were of good size, and featured beautiful finishes. A befitting space for traveling groups with individual ambient temperature preferences; every room had its own thermostat. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you for hospitality.

NO HOT WATER
3 out of the 4 rooms DID NOT HAVE HOT WATER. (Upper level bedroom had hot water) People staying with me complained the first morning we were there and they stated they would fix it. Second day there it was slightly "warmer" but still cold water to the point that the front desk allowed them to shower in a different suite cause it was horrendous. We stayed for 4 days 3 nights and the 3 rooms on the lower level never got hot water no matter how many times we complained or asked for help.
When you're visiting from out of town and staying anywhere the two things that need to be done right are beds and hot water for a shower.... if you cant get those right... that's a problem considering that's all the rooms are really used for.
Place was great and beautiful otherwise. Also great location... but the cold showers ruined it for us!

AMAZING CONDO
This was my first time in New Orleans. Not only is the Natchez a great location, it is an absolutely beautiful condo. Had an amazing weekend. Lots of great food! I will def return to the Natchez.

Potentially a 5 Star Place but Needs Work
The Natchez is really a hotel rather than a set of condos people are renting out. The property is perfectly located for any number of activities. It is basically in the center of everything you might want to do in New Orleans. But, the place needs work. Indeed it was still under construction when we arrived, something we were not really expecting. The place advertises that it has hot tubs. Yes it does. No one in my party was willing to go in because the water looked like it needed to be replaced, or at least filtered. During our stay someone from the staff was carrying out garbage over the weekend and the bag leaked in the elevator and in the front hall. It was not cleaned up until Monday. As to the unit, as advertised it had four baths. It also had exactly four small bars of soap. That means either a bar for the sink or shower, but not both. Yes, we fixed this by going to the front desk and getting additional bars. Still, why should guests have to do that? While I am pointing out missing items, none of the baths came with a soap dish. Another issue was that the area over the kitchen sink was unfinished during our stay. A wire for, I hope, a range hood was sticking out of the wall. The stove lacked a range hood and needless to say that meant opening all the windows when we sauteed food. Would I go back? Sure thing! When the Natchez is finished and they get some of the bugs worked out of what to supply the units with, I imagine it will be a great place to stay in a great location.
