About this condo rental
Nestled in French Quarter, this attractive condo for $413 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. This 4 bedroom 4 bath unit is a very comfortable at just over 1,500 sq ft and overlooks the courtyard, pool, cabanas, and grotto. It has two private balconies overlooking the courtyard. The living/ dining/kitchen are “open floor plan style” designed for socializing. All appliances are top of the line stainless steel. The unit is richly appointed with original paintings, art work, and local photography. The exposed brick walls in the living areas, along with the large French doors, exposed beams, and cathedral ceilings blend with the modern furnishings and contemporary art. Almost every bedroom has a huge 4’ x 4’ skylight with motorized shades and each bedroom has an en suite bath. One bedroom is elevated on the split level up a few steps from the living room. All bedrooms are richly appointed and have either a king size or queen size beds. Simply walk in, unpack your bags, and enjoy your trip. This units is located on the 3rd floor and overlooks the courtyard.

Overall the stay was pleasant. Only drawback was that the dishes were not clean and the heat did not work throughout the night. The common areas are drafty. Had to place a towel at the door to keep cold out

Staying at The Natchez definitely played an essential role in the success of our mother/daughter trip! From the moment we got there, the front desk staff was very welcoming, helpful and informative (personal shoutout to Josiah). There basically was someone at the front desk at all times of day, which was comforting to know in case of emergency, as well as it being convenient for minor things, such as needing more towels. The space itself was very clean, modern, well organized and presentable- making it apparent that they were intentional about wanting it to feel like a home away from home. A personal favorite of ours, is that there are thermostats in each room in the condo to adjust the temperature to the liking of whomever resided in that bedroom. Additionally, a trip to the first floor for a nice, complimentary hot cup of coffee or tea in the mornings was definitely a plus. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and we will be sure to recommend staying at The Natchez to friends and family

My family and I wanted to be within walking distance of The French Quarter. Of course safety and dining is also at the top of our list. We did not use the pool, however we did check it out and it is wonderful ! The Natchez met all our needs! We also recommended “Mother’s” restaurant. It’s very good and only a couple blocks from The Natchez. We will stay here again!

This property was perfect!! We were a good of 10 adults and we had plenty of room. It is just like the pictures. It was close to everything in the French Quarter & the WWII museum. The staff was great!!! Check in was easy. I would definitely recommend!!

The communication & any interaction with the front desk was amazing, very helpful and friendly! The place was amazing as well - loved having a bathroom in each bedroom. Also loved that the French Quarter was a quick 5-10 min walk.

Great place with lots of room and amenities. The staff was so responsive and helpful! The only issue I would raise is that the outdoor area needs some investment such as fixing the hot tubs that were not working during our visit. Thanks!

This rental is absolutely amazing! Extremely comfortable beds; space to hang with your friends; balcony; and very short walk to everything (casino, canal street, etc) or a quick car ride. We felt very safe in the neighborhood & had no trouble at all. Don’t hesitate! Book this apartment for your NOLA trip! We had 7 girls in the 4 bedroom and it was perfect; beds are big enough to share but worst case, order an air mattress for delivery or use the couch. They will hold your packages & bags! AC is 10/10. Front desk was great!

This was such a fantastic VRBO experience. I was kept informed at the time of booking, through checkin, and every day thereafter. (I received text messages every day letting me know the front desk hours, and asking if there was anything we needed.) The flat was exactly as advertised, and perfect location for our conference experience. Just a 12-ish minute walk to the conference center, and right at the edge of the French Quarter. Easy walking to so many delicious restaurants and shopping. it was great to have private bathrooms for each of the bedrooms - like a hotel, only with a shared kitchen and living space. It was the BEST way to conference, and definitely recommend the Natchez! (We didn't get the chance to experience the pool or jacuzzi, but we could see them from our balcony.) Thank you for making our stay a special one!

Anniversary trip
We were a group of 7 and rented the 4BR 4BA unit - perfect for our group!! Great common space for us all to relax in between jaunts out to French Quarter, Garden District, Louis Armstrong park etc. All walkable from location but Ubers are also very abundant, as well. Front desk staff were great - even quickly accommodating us for an extra night when our flight got cancelled unexpectedly. Great experience!!

Perfect place for group stays
The location of this unit is PERFECT! You're like a 10 minute walk from anything you could possibly need to reach. The management was super friendly and helpful. They exceeded my expectations in everyway. Would absolutely recommend and return here.

Excellent loft style condo with great ammenities and close to the French Quarter
This property was even better than the listing indicated, and myself and 9 other guests had ample space at this location with walking distance to the French Quarter. We all agreed that we would love to stay at this location again, and we highly recommend it to anyone coming to New Orleans for a visit.

Comfortable Condo near everything
We totally enjoyed our stay in this 4 BR/4 BA condo. It was perfect for 4 couples. It was near the French Quarter, restaurants, Jazz Fest shuttle and grocery store. It had everything we needed except a wine opener which the front desk provided upon request. Only complaints were road noise from one room and the shower needed a bit more glass to keep the water in...very minor issues. It was our second stay in the building and we would stay here again for sure.

Great Location Great Property
We stayed here for a family wedding and it could not been any nicer. The location to anything in the CBD, French Quarter, Warehouse District or Garden District is great. The unit is perfect for a family or other group. All the staff was nice and very helpful.

More luxurious than I was expecting
Great place. The beds linens furnishings and appliances were all of very high quality with cool design as well.
The only trouble we had was that the walls and floors are not well insulated so you can hear the folks in units around you. Didn't bother us, but We arrived later in the evening and had a noise complaint from the sounds of us rolling our suitcases in and sitting down before we even got settled
Got that sorted out. And all was well.

A weekend to remember
Breath taking views inside and outside the hotel! The entire weekend was nothing short of incredible! Friendly staff members and comfortable beds made this a weekend to never forget! If you are coming to New Orleans with a group of friends, this is the place to be!

Excellent experience for our weekend in New Orlea
Stayed at the Natchez during Red Dress Run weekend. The large living space was perfect for entertaining. Every bedroom had its own bathroom giving everyone plenty of privacy. Loved the modern decor and staff was excellent. It also has a private covered pool with multiple hot tubs. The out door patio has an excellent view of Poydras street. Can't get a better location to enjoy a weekend in New Orleans. We will definitely be returning.
