Our home is designed for luxury and comfort, featuring high-end finishes and thoughtful amenities:

*Parking: Space for up to 3 standard vehicles. Note: Boats, trailers, and RVs are strictly prohibited.
*Pet Policy: Up to 2 dogs allowed with required fee. To ensure their safety and the care of our home, dogs must not be left unattended.
*Accessibility: The main living area is located on the second level (above the garage requires the use of stairs).
*Minimum Age. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent the property.

I wanted 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for three couples. This was not a good fit for us because on the third floor there is a Jack n Jill bathroom upstairs between two bedrooms. Second floor bed and bath was fine. Third bath was on first floor. I think this should've been pointed out in wording about house. Also, we had to drive to beach. Other than that, it was a beautiful house with a beautiful view!

We enjoyed staying in this house! Amazing view of the ocean, well stocked, comfortable beds, and the billiards table was just a bonus. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful views, well stocked with basics. Loved the spa in master bath.On the downside, way too many stairs! It’s not a two minute walk to beach. Had to drive to state park to reach beach. If you walk, it’s about 15 minutes.Bbq was in horrible shape. Carpet upstairs still wet when we arrived. TV in master didn’t work. Area rug in living room a tripping hazard.Ten a.m. ck out is too early. They want you to haul the big garbage to curb.
