Beautiful setting in the quaint Village of La Quinta providing the finest upstairs condo with upgrades that no other unit can compare within this complex. No pets allowed. We have the most impeccably clean unit by far. We take Great Pride with consistently upgrading and providing the best service for our Guests. We are the closest venue to the Coachella festival which is 3 miles away. Ideal for Snow birds, enjoy BNP Tennis tournaments, Humana Classic, Equestrian Show in Thermal, La Quinta Arts Festival, Dinah Shore golf tournament, Coachella Festival and Stagecoach. Silverock Golf Course two minutes away, Polo grounds is 3 miles. Horse Show close by. Near Salton Sea, Joshua Tree National Park, Anza Borrego, Living Desert, many golf courses. This is a smoke and pet free unit. Electric indoor tabletop BBQs are available upon request. Safes are not available at this time. There is no land line phone. All policies are subject to change. We are not affiliated with the Hotel. A newer community gym within four blocks is available and has much more equipment than the hotel. NO ANIMALS ALLOWED ON PROPERTY! I stayed here for a month. This is a perfect 1bd/1 ba apartment. It has everything and is in the middle of eveything.
Jacuzzi, pools, fireplace, so many food places nearby, church, gorgeous views of the mountains, etc...
I would definitely come back again in the months of december and january. La Quinta was getting too hot for me by the time I was leaving.

Reunion with family
This was the perfect place to get together with family after so long. It was clean, homey and perfectly located. With a pool right in front and restaurants and shopping so convenient, I couldn’t have been happier. Thanks to Taylor for making everything so nice.

It is a wonderful condo! You feel at home vs. feeling like you are in a hotel. Comfy, just the right size. You feel like you are home. The owner is just so wonderful, so hands on if you need anything. So attentive to make sure you enjoy your stay. Comfortable, Clean 1 BR, Well Equipped
I stayed in the 1 BR condo with my spouse for three weeks during Dec 2018. The condo was well equipped and was clean. The bed was comfortable. A separate walk-in closet was nice to have. The owner provided all necessary small items such as soaps, paper towels, and coffee filters.The owner lives nearby and was very helpful. The place is very convenient for golfers, for it is located in the center of many famous golf courses. We will come back. We recommend the place highly.

Perfect for short term rental
This was the perfect rental option for my daughter who was doing a summer internship in the area. The unit is very clean and fully stocked with so many thoughtful items that one could possibly need. Ms. Evans was very kind to make sure that my daughter settled in nicely and I really appreciated her welcoming spirit. Its very apparent that she enjoys opening up her rentals to guest. She has several rentals in the same complex so if your lucky enough to score one...Do it!!!

Beautiful, clean, and comfortable place
This place is simply gorgeous, clean, and safe. We stayed here during Coachella weekend 2, it’s 5 miles away from Coachella and just a few minutes away from all the little shopping centers. It was the perfect location and we had the best owner that was very polite and helpful. The owner had great communication, was very organized, and professional. The owner was very sweet, kind, and friendly. She was such a great host/owner. If you’re looking for a place to stay, this is the PERFECT place to book!

We had a great time. The La Quinta Arts Festival was a wonderful experience.
The casita was beautifully furnished and well supplied with items that made our stay comfortable.
Great proxmity to the pool.

Great Location and Super comfortable
This condo is very clean, the King bed is very comfortable and the balcony over looks one of the pools. It is walking distance to restaurants and a great coffee house. We will be back. The manager/owner was very responsive with answering questions while there as well.

Clean with a view!
Very nice condo with an excellent location overlooking the pool. Very, very clean. Wonderful bed. The kitchen could use a new large skillet and covered casserole, but otherwise is adequate. Nice sun in the morning as we set out on the porch and enjoyed our coffee. We highly recommend this condo.

Amazing condo made for a perfect stay !
My husband and I stayed in this gem for one week during the Indian Wells Tennis tournament. This is the cleanest condo I've ever rented !! The location is ideally located in Old Town La Quinta and is close to tennis, golf, restaurants and shopping. The bed and other furnishings were of good quality and comfortable ... the kitchen fully outfitted and the washer and dryer was great to have for our week long visit. The condo is in a quiet location in the complex overlooking the pool and there is plenty of parking available.
The owner of this property went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect ... even ordering tennis channel for us !! Amazing experience ... we'll be back next year !

Perfect choice.
We could not have asked for a better place to spend our month in La Quinta. This place is even better than the pictures show. It was very clean and had virtually all the essentials for a home away from home. The owner was super easy to get in touch with and always helpful. We would recommend this place without a doubt.

Great Place in LaQuinta
We had a wonderful stay at our LaQuinta luxury condo. So much better than staying in a hotel. We needed a place for over two weeks. When we arrived, the place was exactly as advertised. The bed was so comfortable and the room clean, comfortable, and convenient. The TV had great cable and internet service. The hot tub was right outside our door which became a nightly relaxing ritual. The host was so welcoming. She left apple cider and treats for us. This was a five star stay. Couldn't have been happier with our choice.

Had a great week. The unit was clean, quiet, and well appointed. The owner was very responsive to questions. It's centrally located and within walking distance of the restaurants in Old La Quinta. The 50 Mbps wireless internet was a real plus. Will definitely return.

La Quinta gem!
This is a luxury condo adjacent to the Embassy Suites in La Quinta - accross the stree from the Old Town Village area and near the beautiful park, community center, library complex. Our unit is top notch - exceeding expectations in evey way. The full kitchen features top quality appliances and fixtures. The living room is large with comfortable furniture (incliding sleeper sofa and recliner), flat screen TV with cable access and wifi. The owner is on site, responsive and accomodating. Also like the crown molded high ceilings, memory foam bed, large bathroom and cool air (especially in August). This was a great experience which I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Amazing Location, Gorgeous Condo, Private, and Quiet
I booked this online from my house in Canada.. having never been to the desert before, but wanting to go for a music festival. My expectations were more than exceeded when I arrived. It is located in a safe, quiet and well kept community. We ended up being less than 10 mins from the Coachella/Stagecoach grounds, and shuttles were readily available in front of the Hotel to take us whenever we pleased. It was surprisingly extremely well organized!! We were very impressed at the cleanliness and size of the condo. Steps to the pool, and pool towels provided. Honestly this was the perfect spot and I am excited to return again! The only thing I would have wanted when I first got there ( we arrived late at night ), were the linens for the sofa bed readily available and a couple extra towels ( for us girls with long hair ). We got the linens the next day though, as soon as we made contact at an appropriate hour =) it was awesome. and I LOVED that there was a washer and dryer and coded locks for the doors, so we didn't have to carry around a key. Owners were extremely easy to contact and book this location with. HUGE plus to the property!

Exceeded our expectations...
I really didn't know what to expect, as I rented the condo at the last minute on a really busy week in the desert. My family was very happy with the unit. It included a full functioning kitchen, separate living area, with fold out sofa bed, a large bathroom, and a king-sized bed in the roomy bedroom. Updated appliances and cooling unit (a must in the desert!) were very welcome. The linens were perfect and comfortable. The location is right in the middle of everything in La Quinta. Very easy to find food, coffee, shopping, etc. Would stay here again without question. I would recommend Casitas Las Rosas to a couple, or a business person staying for a while, or a couple with a small child. Pool areas are somewhat small, not what teenagers are probably looking for!

An enjoyable stay...
I stayed at the Casitas Las Rosas while attending a horse show in Thermal (about a 15-20 minute drive away). I thoroughly enjoyed my stay; the condo was very comfortable and well appointed. My husband was able to join me for a few days; being a very tall guy, the California King sized bed was perfect. The pool and hot tub area were located almost in front of my unit. The hot tub was always hot – perfect after a long active day. I really appreciated being able to walk across the street to Old Town La Quinta where on can find restaurants, a coffee shop, bakery and boutiques. One weekend, there was an art market which we enjoyed. There is a very good Mexican grocery store nearby (less than 5 minute walk from the condo) with fresh meats, a small produce section and some excellent prepared foods (.e.g. guacamole and ceviche) as well as take-out items that you an order such as tacos. Old Town La Quinta has a gas station and liquor store and a few miles away you can find Trader Joe’s, Ralphs and all the big stores one would expect. Although Las Casitas would meet the needs of a diverse group of travellers, it is a great choice for those not wanting the responsibility or cost of a large rental property and somebody who is appreciative of being able to walk to a few amenities rather than drive. Highly recommended and I look forward to returning.

Wonderful experience
The condo we stayed in was immaculate, beautiful and roomy. It was so nice to arrive to such a nice room after a long day of travel. The owners could not do more to help make your visit perfect. Would recommend this condo to anyone coming.

We visited this property years ago in 2009 and it was a very clean then with loads of extras for us Canadians. This time it had even more extras and we were just thrilled with a Tempurpedic bed. So much so my wife would like to have one at home. Once again we enjoyed ourselves played golf all month and were well taken care of by the owners which by the way we're on property. We highly recommend this property you will not be disappointed. It is located directly across from the village which has numerous shops and restaurants most everything is within walking distance. We had an absolutely wonderful time and the owners are available and on the property. We both felt so much more relieved and comfortable just in case we need something. We will certainly be back again.
