Kitchen: With gas oven, gasvhob, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher and microwave. First Floor: Bedroom 1: With double bed and CD/radio/iPod docking station. Bedroom 2: With twin beds. Bathroom: With shower over bath, toilet and wash basin.. Electricity, gas, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Cot and highchair available. There are a selection of books/DVDs and board games. . Parking for 1 car. Visit England 4 Star.. 18 Elm Court is nestled within a quiet residential area just a few minutes level walk from Keswick Town Centre. Offering the best of both worlds, the cottage provides guests with all the amenities of the town while still enabling access to beautiful walks and the stunning Lakeland Fells direct from the door. The interior is finished in a modern and contemporary style but still retains a homely’ cosy cottage feel. The cottage has a patio garden area leading out from the living room together with private parking and makes an ideal base for both walkers and those simply looking for a relaxing break. This was the third time we have used 18 Elm Court .it is comfortable and clean .easy access to shops and eateries . Actions were in place for covid .

Could not have got a better location, 3 minutes walk from bus station, 6 minute walk from town centre, the property was spotlessly clean and comfortable and was well equiped , would have prefered a shower curtain instead of the glass shower screen though. Would definately stay again.

This is a great property. In a good location for the town.and walks.
The property is well maintained and comfortable.with everything you need for a self catering holiday .has extras .good selection of books & DVDs and board games, as well as catering for children an Xbox with games.
There are lots of good eating places 5 mins walk away. And the added bonus of an allocated parking spot .

Great little getaway

Lovely house.
Lovely house. Very clean, well equipped, and very well placed for the local Booth's supermarket (only a 30 second walk) and Keswick itself. Plenty of crockery and cutlery, and pots and pans. The overhead shower is great. My only complaint is that the twin bedroom doesn't have any wardrobe or chest(s) of drawers; the only place for hanging clothes was the boiler room/airing cupboard. When we return to Keswick I would have no hesitation is booking this property again.

Really pleasant accommodation, situated at the back of Booths Supermarket, easy walking distant to Keswick centre. Accommodation clean, tidy and comfortable. Only one issues the floorboards in the main bedroom and hallway creak a lot and are very noisy. Otherwise OK.
