First floor: Living/dining room: With Freeview TV, DVD player and CD player. Bedroom 1: With double bed. Second floor: Bedroom 2: With kingsize bed and en-suite with shower cubicle and toilet. Bedroom 3: With twin beds. Bathroom: With shower over bath and toilet.. Electric central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. 2 Travel cots and 2 highchairs. Enclosed patio with BBQ and garden furniture. Grounds (shared with other properties on-site). Bike store. Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking. Please note: This property has a security deposit of £100. Set in the Cotswolds AONB, on the edge of the historic market town of Chipping Norton (‘Gateway to the Cotswolds’), this three-storey, end of row holiday property lies on an extensive private green bordered by century-old chestnut trees which line all main routes into this beautiful little town. In a quiet leafy location, yet only a couple of hundred yards from the bars, restaurants and boutique shops, the house is built in traditional style, with every modern convenience. Many rooms have distant views over the Cotswolds Hills. Refurbished and decorated in a stylish, contemporary manner with Conran bed linen and fabrics by Designers Guild and Liberty. Shops 200 yards, pub 250 yards. Free WiFi This property is considered unsuitable for the less mobile. Families or couples only. Holidaymakers only. There is a £100 security deposit payable 1 week prior to your holiday start, this will be returned following departure, provided the house is left as found. The balance will be refunded within 7 days after your holiday. Please forward the security deposit to the owner one week prior to your holiday. This can be paid via PayPal or Internet Banking. Failure to send the security deposit will regrettably result in non-entry to the property.

Lovely house in a great location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay there again if in the area. Kitchen was well equipped and having towels provided was an added bonus.

Overall a good, spacious property, with quality furniture. However, the general condition of the property was disappointing: Every light fitting was covered in dust, there were cobwebs around the ceilings and a kitchen cabinet door was missing. There was mould around the patio door and the garden was untidy. Internal white doors and walls were grubby. With a little TLC and updating this could be a lovely holiday home. It was located in a peaceful setting and well located for town.
