In an idyllic rural setting on an 18-acre smallholding and adjacent to the farmhouse this holiday cottage has been decorated and furnished to a high standard. The farm has cattle, sheep and hens with footpaths on the doorstep to explore the glorious surrounding countryside. Day passes for fishing (trout) can be arranged by the owner. The royal spa town of Tunbridge Wells is under 5 miles. Visit Brenchley Wood Nature Reserve, Sissinghurst, National Trust castles including Bodiam. Discover award-winning wines at the local vineyards. The nearest coast is about 40 minutes at Hastings. The station at Paddock Wood provides a 50-minute train service to London. Shop and pub 1½ miles.

A really lovely cottage, in a lovely location. Our girls thoroughly enjoyed helping with the animals. The meals made to order were delicious. The owners were really helpful, fantastic stay all round.

We had a lovely stay at Cox Cottage. Immaculate and well furnished. Everything we needed plus lots of extra treats. Every care taken to ensure the cottage was covid secure, so we felt totally at ease.
Home made meals plus produce from the farm delicious.
The cottage is peaceful and quiet, but still in a great location for easily visiting all the lovely gardens in Kent and East Sussex.
A real treat to get away from all the worries of the current crisis.
