This charming holiday cottage lies in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on the western side of the island, renowned for spectacular walking routes.. Ground Floor:

External games room/summerhouse with pool table, dart board and a selection of games. Large enclosed garden with decked area, sitting-out area, BBQ and garden furniture. Bike store. Private parking for 2 cars; additional on-road parking. No smoking. Please note: The garden is set on various levels with steps and sloping areas.. Great house which was very clean and in a great location. Lots of basics in the kitchen provided ( salt, oil etc) which is really useful. Very comfy beds as well.

We stayed for a week in Loreto and we couldn't of asked more from this property. This property was so thoughtfully presented, from dishwasher tablets to boardgames and a games room. Freshwater was a great location, really close to shops, pubs and takeaways but still a lovely quiet residential area. We are definitely going to re book this property and totally recommend it to anyone who might be interested.

Loreto is a comfortable, well-equipped and beautifully decorated cottage. It is located in a quiet residential area with friendly neighbours. It provided everything we needed for 4 adults and a dog. There is a lovely enclosed garden with patio furniture. In the centre of Freshwater, a few minutes drive away, there is everything you need: supermarkets, pharmacy, take-aways and pubs. Great food at the Red Lion, but pricey! Good information provided in the house about local walks: we enjoyed the walks to the Needles and to Yarmouth. Many thanks to the friendly and helpful owners - we had a great time!

Enjoyed our holiday at Loreto- the cottage was very warm and welcoming, generally well equipped though crockery limited and no games or books because of COVID restrictions- excellent having 2 bathrooms with a constant supply of hot water. The 2 local pubs which you could walk too, The Highdown Inn Toland and the Red Lion Freshwater, both serve excellent food. The only improvement would be a large smart TV!
