About this cottage rental
Rent this adorable two bedroom designer beach cottage with private deck and yard. This pristine cottage has 10 foot ceilings, custom kitchen, marble floors, kingsize master bedroom with Vera Wang mattress. Very quaint and romantic. A perfect beach retreat for you or your family. Wrap around deck with private eating area. There is a beach wagon available for the beach. Palm trees in front yard with private parking at end of no through way street. Four guests maximum. Rent a golf cart or bikes and you will be all set!
The home sits at the end of a no-throughway PRIVATE road but is still close to the beach on the South side of 30A just off of Eastern Lake Rd. It is also close to 30A bike path and Eastern Lake. See photos for public beach access. There is also a new beach parking lot. It is closer to the beach then when you stay at most of the seaside developments located on the south side of 30A! Come and enjoy!

My husband and I visited this property for our wedding anniversary and it was just perfect. The house is beautiful and incredibly well-appointed. The walk to the beach is quiet and quick, and the beach is gorgeous. Connie is responsive and helpful- she responds extremely quickly and is so willing to help. We had an amazing week and we would highly recommend this property!!

My husband and I arrived ( with our two small dogs) late one afternoon. Connie was there to greet us. She showed us around the property and gaves us ideas for our first nights supper. The apartment is cozy and beautifully decorated. The fenced in back yard made traveling with our dogs so much easier.
