About this villa rental
Our property is a 3 spacious bedrooms house (+1 Studio room), 3 1/2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dining & sitting area at the atmospheric terrace on the Palapa, with the best view of Zihuatanejo Bay, The villa is a true work of art perched on a low cliff overlooking the Zihuatanejo bay combining natural free-flowing styles and traditional Mexican material including many unique pieces of Mexican art and handcraft that remind us the original Zihuatanejo.

This was our first visit to Zihuatanejo and were drawn to this Villa for its location and view and it did not disappoint. It truly is the best location in town because you can walk to awesome La Ropa Beach in one direction (5 minute walk) and into Zihuatanejo town in the other direction (15-20 minute walk). The views from every room and level of the Villa are superb. It feels like you can just step out into the Ocean. Having each room on its own level gives a great sense of privacy and space if and when you need it and the main pool and outdoor living area is a fantastic spot to congregate. This property is unique because it feels more like a hotel, with cleaners coming in every morning to tidy up the Kitchen and living space and every other day to clean the rooms. The pool man comes every day as well to clean the pool. They also check in on you every now and then and turn all of the lights on and off for you each evening. Gabriel, the manager, and his staff, are wonderful. They are very friendly and always willing to assist in any way they can. It was very convenient to walk upstairs to the restaurant for breakfast in the mornings and was a great way to start off the day. We had dinner in the restaurant one night and it was one of the better meals we had while in Zihuatanejo. The rooms and bathrooms seem a bit outdated with the trend for more contemporary and clean designs , but the space and view more than make up for this. The beds were very comfortable and the A/C in each bedroom worked great. I had some reservations about being below a restaurant for fear of noise carrying down into the Villa, but that was never an issue. I will return to Espuma again and would highly recommend you stay here as well.. You will not be disappointed!
