About this house rental
Nestled in Barnegat Light, this attractive house for $325 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Great location on 18th Street. - Strict 25 year old age limit for renters. No Prom Weekends, sorry. - 2-story front/back duplex. Our unit is the front, upstairs and down. - Great ocean views, second from beach, and 2 blocks to Viking Village shops on the bay. - Spacious, bright living area on 2nd floor, opens to deck with eating area, gas grill, and additional roof top deck. - 3 Bedrooms downstairs; one with a king, second with 1 twin and bunk (twin above, full below), third with twin beds (can be converted into a king), new mattresses. Sleeps 8. Full bath down, 1/2 up. Private outdoor shower. - Wall mounted a/c upstairs and in each bedroom. - Washer, dryer, d/w, cable, DVD player, wifi. - PLEASE NOTE: Bedding/Towels available for use, but must be laundered/folded prior to departure. Alternatively, renter can provide own linens or utilize laundry service provided by cleaners. - 6 Beach Badges are Included. Required for ages 12 and above, June-Labor Day. - Cleaning fee has been deducted from base rental amount and shown as a separate cost.

There are SO many great things to say about our stay. The house has recently been updated and is extreme comfortable. It is located at the end of the street and is close to the beach entrance and centrally located in Barnegat Light. The deck is a wonderful place for hanging out but the upper deck was the best for early morning coffee or afternoon cocktails-overlooking the dunes and the beach/ocean. The owner was easy to reach and frequently communicated with me during our stay. It was one of the best vacations. The family is requesting a repeat visit!!!

This home is absolutely beautiful, pictures dont do it justice! Updated, peaceful and so relaxing, it was everything we hoped for and more. Experiencing this different part of LBI was a pleasure!

Clean, beautiful home in a lovely location. The walk to the beach was easy and peaceful. The beach itself, in early June, felt private. Delicious restaurants and markets nearby. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Exceeded expectations!
The living area is open and refreshing- beautiful and comfy with a great big deck and another deck on the roof with views of the ocean- So peaceful; you can hear the waves and breathe in the salt life. The location is perfect! Walk to the beach and bay. Close to everything- forget your car, if you bring your bike!
Steve is very responsive and easy to communicate with. I would definitely rent here again.

Nice spot on Barneget
Steve keeps great communication with renters. Nice 3 level place close to Viking Village and a bike ride to the lighthouse.
This is the wider part of the island, so quite a bit of dune/beach to get over to get to the water. Overall, we had a great stay.

Comfortable Home with Amazing Views
Really enjoyed our stay. The roof deck affords great views of the beach, ocean and dunes. The main deck is shaded and comfortable most of the day. The kitchen and living room are nicely updated and very functional. Excellent location close to amenities and the beach.

Excellent location just steps from the ocean and a short bike ride to everything else in Barnegat Light. House was wonderfully equipped with everything we needed for a seamless vacation. Owner very responsive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended!

June vacation!
House is wonderful. Great open living space, comfortable furniture, nice kitchen, large dining table for everyone to gather, and great outside decks. Sunrise and sunsets can be seen from the upper deck if you don't want to make the walk. Great location to access beach and walks to the bay or light house. House is in great! Steve was very responsive.

Memorial Day Weekend Get Away
The house was great. Footsteps from the beach and amazing ocean views especially from the rooftop deck. Steve was very accommodating and responsive. I will look to stay at Steve’s place again!

Great fall weekend in LBI!
First of all, the pictures of this home does not do it justice. It was so much more beautiful once inside. The view is fantastic! Everything is upscale. The modern bathroom was a pleasant surprise, the kitchen was big with a lot of counter space and plenty of serving pieces and silverware, utensils, pots and pans, oven trays etc. The open concept on the 2nd floor was plenty big for our party of 6. The bedrooms and beds were comfy too.There is also the roof top deck which we enjoyed a lot. Steve the owner was a pleasure to chat with as well. Check out this vacation home, you wont be sorry!!!

Fall getaway
Very well equipped home and excellent customer service from the owner Steve. Best VRBO house I've rented. Of course, LBI is a magical place and even in off-season, lots to do. Plus Penn State and the Packers won. So all good.

Looked as though a great amount of renovating ...all very nicely done...was recent! Clean, comfortable, accessible to shops, mini golf, & a number of great restaurants right down the road!

Great property in outstanding location
I’ve been vacationing on LBI my whole life, many of those years in Barnegat Light. I have rented many, many properties over the years, but for overall value, this property tops the list. The many recent upgrades are terrific; it’s well equipped with everything needed; the place was very clean for move in; there’s plenty of space; the main deck and upper rooftop deck offer wonder and relaxing views; and perhaps best of all, the location would be hard to beat - 2nd from the beach, plus easy walking to restaurants, Viking Village, How You Brewin’ coffee shop, the famous light house, seafood market, grocery story and more. Barnegat Light is always delightful, but our stay this year was made even more enjoyable in this lovely home and with a responsive and easy to work with owner. Highly recommended!

AWESOME HOME AND STAY
Beautiful and immaculate home, plenty of space, tons of little extras to make your stay as comfortable and accommodating as possible. Owner didn't forget a thing, and was responsive and thoughtful. You can always tell a home that has been lovingly taken care of and this is one. Very close to beach, lovely location, great views and quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Couldn't ask for anything more, can't wait to return.
