Spa, rooms, staff
The breakfast was very messy. A lot of options but because it was super full, there was not enough cutlery, people bumping in each other, coffee machines not managing the demand properly. But at least the food was very tasty and had a huge variety of options

The room was excellent and overall all the facilities were spotless clean. The Valet parking service staff and parking facilities were excellent at the hotel. If I had children they would have loved the movie theater and the games room.
The restaurant food was good though the installations are a little bit too minimalist, and do not invite to stay long or have dinner at the place. In addition I would suggest to the the hotel to include a place set out like the lobby in terms of furniture an sitting opportunities, that people can go to enjoy with friends and sit at in the evening without having to be either at the bar or restaurant, or leave the place to be in a more private setting.

Beautiful.
Housekeeping was disappointing. Our pajamas were thrown into the cabinets and over the bags as if they were used cleaning fabrics. Dirty towels that we left on the ground to be replaced were folded and put back with the clean ones..

The property has great potential, however it’s let down generally by a few things with the staff and the cleanliness. What we did like was the location to the town centre of Gramado.
Unfortunately we encountered some rude staff both at the check-in and check-out experience and also in the dining area. For the price we paid per night they should have included complimentary parking, 30 reais was pretty steep per night. Unfortunately the room that my father in-law and mother in-law occupied was not cleaned, the floors were still dirty every day after the cleaners had been through and also they did not refresh the towels which were left on the floor. In our room the bed was comfortable but the pillows were terrible, they were far too soft & there were no firmer options available which I would have expected a pillow selection for a 5 star hotel.
