Good location. Nice with balcony (we had the family room: 2 rooms separated by a door and both with small balcony. Every day cleaning.
1 day quite some noise from other guests.

Careful, Owner asks for a higher price than the price you see on booking.com
- the woman who works at the reception was very kind and nice
- room was okay
- the hotel is pretty close to the main attractions
- breakfast was okay
The owner asks for a higher price than the price showing on booking.com. apparently that's because of the commission she has to pay in USD if you book in USD and the exchange rate being different. That's something that never happened to me before and I booked on booking.com many times. She asked for 799k instead of 734k kịp. After discussing it with her we paid the original price in VND as that's the currency we booked in.
So it just feels sketchy and I wouldn't recommend booking this place.
The room itself is okay, the window view is just a wall, the beds are fine, the ac works well, very old TV we didn't use.
For breakfast you can chose a dish and a drink, the food was okay.
