Very near to bus station and at the center of chania we can stay until 11 in the evening with no worries at all because bus is always available. It’s clean the cleaning lady is lovely she gave me olive oil and honey because I help her clean our room
The staff are ok maybe they are a little bit tired because of so much clients that come and goes.

Great place to stay for few days and feel at home, Valentina was great help and very kind.
Generally a good enough place for the value, but toilets and showers need a refresh. Toilet seat was always falling off, shower doesn't work properly with bad water pressure and no shower holder

Perfect location for our family holiday, staff were lovely and rooms were clean with everything we needed. Staff organised our transfers for us which were perfect too. Will be back again ☺️
Above room let their children run up and down the landing, which was right above our bedroom, at 7:30am every morning but obviously this is not the fault of the hotel or staff.
