About this house rental
Located in Geelong West, this charming house for $155 per night is a great choice for your next trip. This centrally located, beautiful miner s cottage has been tastefully renovated and landscaped and is only a 2 minute walk to cosmopolitan Pakington St and a 15 minute walk to Geelong CBD and train station. It features two bedrooms, immaculate bathroom, open plan living, dining & kitchen. There is a queen bed in one bedroom & a double bed in the second bedroom. Fresh towels and bed linen is supplied. Handmade guest soaps & shampoo are also supplied. Enjoy Wi-Fi, Netflix and Stan on the TV. The Space This miner s cottage is a piece of history in Geelong. Being over 100 years old, this cottage is full of character with a modern twist. Exposed original beams, high ceilings, rear deck, landscaped front and year yard, freshly painted and carpeted, beautiful furnishings and plantation shutters are only a few amazing features of the cottage. Guest Access Guests will have access to the entire cottage which includes a rear manicured garden, decked area and a covered car space for a small car. There is plenty of off street parking available. Interaction With Guests Generally, I will be available to assist during any stay, mainly through the Airbnb App. If you have any problems just call or message me as I am normally only about 15 minutes away unless travelling or at work.

This is the perfect place to stay and in a fantastic location. Jack has thought of everything and you want for nothing. The house is so clean, not to mention warm and welcoming with a perfect size deck that gets the morning sun, great for a morning coffee. The established and enclosed garden is private and the right size, allowing for some play and relaxation. We parked our car and never really needed to drive given it’s close proximity to Pako. We will be staying again.

We stayed here over the new year period with my husband and two young kids, the place was excellently presented, everything you need with added extras, super clean, a great location, supermarket up the road and everything else a short drive. Our communication with the owner very friendly and happy. Would stay again, we have had a fabulous 8 days :)

The only downside was it could get quite cold especially in the morning, we weren't sure if the air con unit provided heat aswell but we couldn't get any. If the unit did provide heat it may be necessary to provide some basic instructions for us technophobs.

Exactly what we needed.
Had a one night stay at Fintone. Lovely decor and set up. Quiet street. We used the cooking facilities and they were great. Would happily stay again.

Ultimate Holiday Cottage
From walking through the front gate to the beautifully maintained front garden, to opening front door and seeing the wonderfully welcoming layout of the cottage, my son and I were very impressed. The cottage was immaculate inside and out. The beds were so comfortable. Crockery and cutlery cupboards were well stocked. It was a pleasure to eat in. Thank you Jack.
