excellent bed, pillows, silent and peaceful at night, very good location, very big and lovely room; the lady handling the breakfast is very nice and polite
- no trash bin in the room, just in the bathroom;
- a mini fridge would be fine to have so guests can keep at hand some cold water/drinks;
- breakfast is terrible, less than average; very dry fried eggs, very cheap selection of charcuterie&cheese ( we did not like any of them, and we are not picky eaters); basic packaged bread ( if only they had fresh bread to eat with the butter, would have been great) ; only tasteless tomatoes for vegetables; no fruits; we had to eat breakfast elsewhere the following days

In the old town, just opossite the black church. It is a very peaceful place, so silently at night. Incredible beautiful and big room. Perfect temperature. Bed very confortable.
The breakfast can be a bit more complete, but it is ok to start the day.

The property is in a very convenient location, right next to The Black Church in the Old Town square.
Staff wasn't very helpful. No one in reception throughout our 2-night stay but they can be contacted thru WhatsApp. So we kindly requested for a fan (it was up to 30 degrees in Brasov when we went) and additional pillows ( 2 pillows were already provided but they were flat as a pancake! Plus a decorative one), he replied in a very sarcastic tone stating that enough pillows were provided for 2 guests! He added that he wasn't there that day and will bring the extra pillows the next day but did not. In the end, none of our requests were addressed even though it says in their guest book that these things can be requested from reception.
