Tranquilidad cerca de Piedrahita (Ávila)

Estancia muy bien resuelta, aunque hay que ser conscientes del tipo de viviendas de la zona, que en general son poco luminosas. Lo resuelven con claraboyas en las habitaciones. Está bien amueblada y distribuida, acogedora. La sensación de silencio es destacable, a pesar de estar cerca de la carretera.

Se echa de menos un poco de patio, pero esas funciones las hace la plazuela donde se ubica. Los bancos en la calle dan la sensación "de pueblo". Aunque no coincidimos con vecinos, supongo que en verano se juntará la gente allí.

Con potencial, pero necesita mejorar

Cocina bien equipada, zona amplia para aparcar, Ana fue muy amable y estuvo muy atenta a nuestras necesidades.

Durante nuestra estancia en el alojamiento, encontramos varios aspectos que creemos que podrían mejorarse para ofrecer una mejor experiencia. En primer lugar, pese a que la web indica que el alojamiento incluye servicios como papel higiénico, toallas y artículos de aseo (gel, champú), recomiendo llevarlos, ya que en nuestra experiencia no fueron suficientes ni siquiera para una noche, o no se encontraban en el mejor estado. Además, durante nuestra estancia tuvimos varios inconvenientes que afectaron la comodidad de nuestra visita. En primer lugar, no nos entregaron las llaves correctas, lo que nos obligó a realizar un segundo viaje fuera de nuestra ruta para buscarlas. También tuvimos problemas con el agua caliente, ya que el automático del termo se había bajado en el cuadro de luces. No nos informaron de esto previamente, por lo que tuvimos que investigar la causa de la falta de agua y esperar un tiempo considerable para que se calentara, lo que nos hizo llegar tarde a una cita importante. Por otro lado, nos sentimos un poco incómodos con la forma en que se gestiona la entrega de la fianza. Aunque su pago se menciona en la web, al momento de realizarlo no recibimos ningún comprobante de pago. Además de esto, detectamos que algunos elementos que estaban inventariados como disponibles en el alojamiento, no lo estaban en el momento de nuestra llegada, por lo que, al no haber sido esto detectado con anterioridad, nos genera cierta incertidumbre de si se restará de nuestra fianza. Finalmente, echamos en falta ventanas suficientes, lo que dificultaba la ventilación del lugar, ya que no se generaba corriente de aire. Además, notamos que algunas zonas no estaban lo suficientemente limpias, con polvo visible en superficies como el mueble del televisor y suciedad acumulada en las esquinas. Por último, el tamaño de los dormitorios es bastante reducido, dificultando el abrir las maletas, por ejemplo.
