Location was awesome. Close to Dotonburi and other local shopping, food, and entertainment. Very upscale and modern room
Understood it was a hotel with minimal staff and no staff for cleaning rooms. Had no problem taking out our own trash, except kind of hassle when having to take out trash to the 1st floor when you’re on a higher floor (10th). Other than that it was a great place to stay for the value.

Nice lobby, convenient washer in room and within walking distance to Dotonbori!
Very narrow room so it was awkward to move around. Shower had low water pressure compared to other places we've stayed at and after exploring the city all day, a relaxing shower with good water pressure really makes a difference in terms of overall satisfaction.
Our room was also facing the main street so it was very loud at night. It was almost as if the patio door was cracked open, but we double checked and it was fully closed so no idea why so much noise was getting through. Ultimately, it meant that we weren't getting the best sleep.
Lastly, there should be more options to hang our washed clothes to dry in the room. We only had 5 hangers and a small drying rack. We would have been in good shape if there were at least 5 more hangers, one of those circular hangers that you can pin socks / underwear to and maybe a few hooks on the wall to let towels dry.
