This 2 Bedroom-condo is for 5 persons (plus 1 child less than 10 years, if she/he can sleep the parents bed or on a 2seater leather couch). It is in the 12th floor with very nice sea-views and located on Cebu's most famous Mactan Beach between Shangri-La and Crimson Resort. Location is best in Mactan, because its right behind the new high class City-Center of Mactan - Mactan Newtown / LG Garden Walk. There are no further charges. It includes the following free services - amenities: - airport-pick-up (from landing time 11am-6pm – check-in only if early check-in is possible) - use of 2 swimming-pools including use of folding beds - use of Cabanas including Tables, Chairs at the pools (incl the grill if available), if you want to eat outside for online ordered food - use of Gym and Sauna - Very Fast Fiber - Wifi in the condo (300+ MPS) - SMART TV with Youtube / Netflix / Amazon - Free Parking slot There are no other fees. We do not charge cleaning fees or security deposit either... Going to the airport is 15 minutes during the day, and 12 minutes by night. Other features: -.You have a very high-class fit-out of the condo with Mahagony wood, leather couch, wallpapers – curtains – kitchen utensils sent by Balikbayan box from Germany to Cebu - We have a boat for Island-hopping with very reasonable pricing (7500 Pesos for the boat – same price for up to 15 persons) , which includes Olango Snorkeling in the fish sanctuary as well as Sandbar Island Pandanon (exclusively for your guests only) - There are brochures in the condo for nearby Watersports (free pickup & Drop), Recommendations for nearby outdoors restaurants, Massage Salons, day-tours among others - All condos are 2 bedrooms and have a fully equipped kitchen, where you can cook any time. - The compound is huge, its easy to stroll around in a large private area with the children in the evening - The sea-views from all the condos are really stunning. - You have a fully equipped kitchen inside to cook your own food (supermarket Robinsons nearby) - GRAB Food gives you load of options because many restaurants are nearby - We have a laundry pick-up and drop service of only 100 Pesos service charge - We have a small motorbike with Food-box (Scooter) free of charge for our guests to get drinks or / and food from outside / 1 Sari-Sari for drinks/snacks Walking distance 2 mins - You can easily order transportation from your condo via GRAB (TAXI), the nearby Taxis at Mactan Newtown usually take 5-8 minutes to be at the entrance - we have personal checkin with a briefing of room amenities ( Kitchen, TV, Netflix/Youtube, rooms etc.), outdoors amenities (pools, beach, gym, free Scooter use etc..) and other infos (such as on tours, food, transportation etc.)

This property is set up really nice and has a scooter for your use if you need something. The property manager will also come get you if you need him. Ronald is a great person. I recommend this place a million times over and over again. He even come got me from the airport and took me to the place. Has a couple of restaurants also. The bed is nice to sleep on and really big. He even has the TV set up with anything you want to watch. Internet is lighting speed . Gym and pool.

The place is good but the check in process,the accuracy of online listing,and the manager is horrible I book my room about five month ago they have my deposit that there policy I dont know why there not take a whole payment to secure my room like other hotel or condo did then first week of the January we already in Philippines and we go to the island that hard to fine an internet then they email me for my payment in there ayala unit but when finally I got an internet and open my email and see there email for payment in mactan unit so I pay that just done pay then no signal again and not notice that they also send me an email for ayala payment so we already in the place that internet signal nowhere to be found we stay there for almost a week then move other place that finally again I got internet and found out they cancel my booking even it's already have a deposit on it and already sold to other wow I'm shock this people just wow then he make a deal that change the date and unit so that we have to stay but still I feel betrayed and I dont know what should I do He want us to stay Feb 1 to 4 in mactan unit that we book for Feb 11 to 13 and move to ayala unit Feb 4 to 9 that I book Feb 1 to 11 but they already sold that to other even have a deposit on it but the problem is there's no open unit for Feb 9 to 10 they want us to go other place just one day then come back to then for Feb 10 to 13 it's ridiculous since I dont know where we go I said ok maybe I can fine a place to go then I'm kind a what why we are the one who suffered for this dragging our luggage and kids for just one day then back to there place so I send a message to that guy that i will cancel Feb 10 t0 13 coz it's really hard for us and not i send message Feb 1 and he is mad coz he can sale the room to other coz it's already book to my name but before it just one week he sold my booking to others and the conflict start I hated this people he even send my mother in law a message that I'm late coz the check in is 2pm and we still on the land we travel from negros to cebu by land I dont know where he get my mother in law number but boy my mother in law thought I'm cheating her son ohhh if I turn back everything I never ever book a condo with this people (Roland Conrad,Lillian Conrad)plss avoid this people they have a unit in la merada(mactan),avalon(ayala),sm seaside the mactan have a cockroach and ayala was hot in the bedroom and the air conditioner was loud terrible.....
