Супер вариант, удобная локация, напротив пляжа Клеопатры

Наша квартира находилась в соседнем доме и мы сотни раз проходили мимо, ходили в спа и ресторан, позже остались ночевать здесь на одну ночь и нам всё понравилось. Завтраки тут супер

Жаль, что нет бассейна, зато через дорогу море. Правда собственный пляж у этого отеля находится гораздо дальше по дороге, чем сам отель

Mooi boutique hotel

Leuk ingericht boutique hotel. Fijne kamers. Schoon. Vriendelijk personeel.. Strand aan overkant straat maar niet hun eigen strand. Wel super leuke strandtent. Relax fijne strandbedden. Restaurants, bars, winkels in de buurt.

Strand ver lopen. 2 km. Te ver. Miste hier en daar eea. Geen water op kamer. Ontbijt was goed maar saai. Weinig variatie. Weinig extra's. Zeer slechte verlichting op kamer.

Very nice

Very nice staff and a very nice hotel!

The stairs were so dark. There is a lightening problem. Additionally the breakfast is a bit problematic. When it is crowded, it's really hard to find a place.

No drinking water is provided No safe The dove is very small The sink is outside the bathroom No tissue box in the room no laundry No iron is provided. chargeable the mirror was very small

Very good

The staff was very nice, and the restaurant was good compared to other places in the area. The hot tub was working and very nice addition with fantastic views of the castle and sea

The air condition was not really good enough for 35+ degrees heat if you like a cold room when sleeping. It took a very long time to cool down the room after entering each time.

Enjoyable stay due to location close to beach and shopping area.

The family room nice and spacious. Loved the swing on the balcony. Also with sea view. Very nice. Good Air conditioning.

Too many weird props, bikes on the wall and teddy bears every where creepy looking all over the hotel. 1/2 would be ok. Very dark hotel red lights everywhere. Needs better lighting.

Close to everything

Very close to everything : beach, shopping streets, restaurants and pubs. Nice view to the the sea on the top floors. Intresting interior of the coridors. And ofcourse the bicycle on the wall :)

Breakfast was a negative experience. Very poor. Almost everything was finised, no clean glasses for coffee. And it was about 1h before the end of time.

Bad

Personnel is awful. The manager made me pay extra 200 tl for the drinks I did not order. When I tried to explain that it was a mistake he yelled at me. Check-out spoiled everything.

Very good

Good location directly at Cleopatra Beach with a lot of options for shopping and eating in walking distance. Very unique hotel with a lot of seemingly random decoration items, including hundreds of teddy bears, life-size giraffes, old books etc. Clean rooms, good value for money. Breakfast is OK for a hotel of this size.

The dinner in the restaurant was a little disappointing. Mostly international dishes, tasteful enough but nothing special.

the hotel is just unique! never ever saw such authentic exterior as well as interior of the rooms! REALLY HELPFUL STUFF (helped with the early check in (even the hotel was full of guests), late check out, prepared lunch boxes early in the morning etc) at the reception desk, some of the speak Russian also. the location is amazing 5-10 minutes to the main sightseeings of the city.

Very weird hotel but the room was very nice

The room was exactly like it was in the pictures, wifi was okay and i specifically liked that there was lots of options (shelves, clothing rack etc) to give all of our stuff a place. there was a small sink in both parts of the room and a big refrigerator. I really liked that the room was split into two parts, one part had a twin bed and single bed and connected to the bathroom and separately there was a space with another single bed that could be closed off, for us that meant our 2yo son could sleep in a dark and silent room while we stayed up a little later.

Though the room was nearly perfect, this hotel was really weird. The hallway that led to the room was dark with red lights, it felt like i was in a brothel. There was breakfast but most things didn't look or taste very fresh and there was barely any bread. There was only tea (for free) available, other drinks (water, coffee) you have to pay extra. I would have preferred paying a little extra beforehand and have a decent complete breakfast. Thus on the second morning we had breakfast elsewhere. Also weirdly they have a policy where they threaten that if you bring food from outside to the hotel they will fine you for it, but there is cutlery and a cooking stove in the room? Overall I would recommend this place for its location and good rooms, but everything outside of the room was just.. weird :p Oh and there were teddy bears outside of the hotel hanging on the walls and off balconies, might have been cute at some point, but now just creapy ;p

The hotel was beautifully designed The rooms were clean and spacious The breakfast was out of this world - the spread was just so vast I was not sure where to start. The staff were friendly and helpful Just a great stay overall

Location.

Breakfasts were terrible. Room was dirty especially floor. Floor was full of hair and dust. Hair was everywhere (on table, on bedding, on shelves). Lobby interior overloaded. Looks like chaos.

Cute and comfortable boutique hotel in the heart of Alanya:)

The decor and vibrant colors. Excellent breakfast and helpful and friendly staff! Excellent proximity to Cleopatra beach and downtown location. Balcony swing!

A bear hotel😌

It’s so cute! We arrived late at night and the hotel looked gorgeous from outside. Inside it surprised us as well. There are so many things to look at! And these bears in the car, omg, so cute. And thanks for a warm welcome!

The room was nice but dirty. Next day we stayed at another hotel for the same price but it was much cleaner. So it is a reasonable remark. Oh, and!! No tea at breakfast. How come? No tea in Turkey? Is it even possible?

the staff were awful apart from one, they would laugh at you as you walked past wouldn’t help and be really short if you asked them a question did not feel safe and would never recommend staying there

Firstly when we arrived we've got a smaller room with a smaller bed than I booked. The room I had booked had one single bed + one extra large bed(I payed for it a bit extra), instead we've got only one large bed. However we went to reception, explained our situation and they changed our room immediately. Staff were helpful, can speak both English and Turkish languages. Breakfast was tasty. Both rooms were super clean, same as on the pictures. Location is great! Design of the hotel and a beach are very cool (perfect for taking nice photos). Wi-fi works everywhere and connection is great.

First morning at breakfast I was a bit confused to find any food because of the position of the tables. Sometimes there weren't enough plates, glasses or sits, but they fastly solve these problems. There was only instant coffee for breakfast, if you want some other coffee (filter, americano) you should pay extra 30 TL. There wasn't drinking water in the room and no shampoo in the bathroom. There isn't main light in the room. (Or we couldn't find how to turn it on). Also a big surprise for us was the location of their private beach and service there. It was 1,5 km from hotel. Many drinks that are in the menu (on the beach) were absent. They tried to make us overpay for our drinks almost double but when we explained ourselves they counted it properly. (There is a great clean beach just opposite to the hotel, the service and attitude there are much better. I advise everyone to go there and don't waste your time on hotels free beach.) They give you only one key card which makes it a bit difficult. There is a "kitchen zone" in a room which includes kettle and a small cooker, but only plastic forks knifes and plates and you can't bring or order your own food (so why do you need a cooker?) Full size mirrors are only in a hall, but it's pretty dark there. The plugs and switches were only at one side of the bed.
