I stayed at this property on a business trip as an alternative to staying in a hotel while attending a conference in Tampa. This property allowed my team a great atmosphere to collaborate during the week. The property was super clean and beautifully decorated and it created a very relaxing atmosphere for my collogues and I. We really enjoyed drinking our coffee in the courtyard in the mornings, the courtyard was covered with a canopy of large trees and it was so quiet and peaceful. We equally enjoyed hanging out around the pool during the evenings while we enjoyed our glass of wine (or two). The property was very close to the convention center so it made it convenient to attend our conference without having to fight the morning rush hour traffic, I think our average commute time was under 5 minutes. We will definitely stay at this property again if there is another conference in Tampa! Bravo!

This property located on Davis Island in Tampa hosted our party of 10. Martha, the host, was very accommodating and available for any questions/ideas about the area. The property was perfect for entertaining. We will definitely rent again when in Tampa! Thanks Martha
We traveled to Tampa on business and needed a place for our whole team to stay (10 people). This property worked out very well. The house is beautiful and well kept. Martha is very easy to work with and extremely helpful. We catered one night and invited our customer to the house for a meal. The house is perfectly setup for that type of entertaining. We will definitely be back here when we come back to Tampa!

Beautiful House and great incredibly accommodating home owner. Martha was a pleasure to deal with and was an endless source of help and advice both at the house and for our time in Tampa. Only regret is that we didn't stay longer.
