Freshly renovated with new flooring, furniture, flat screen smart TV's and all new kitchen appliances. We have also updated the primary bathroom tub and shower. You will also find upscale bedding, linens and amenities. The Primary bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has two queen beds. The den also has a sofa sleeper that makes a queen bed. Located in the heart of Baytowne Village you are at the center of it all. Watch the activities directly from your third floor balcony. You are steps away from the elevator, also the pool, grills and the workout facilities are on the same floor. Take a ride on the tram to the beach and enjoy your day in the sun. Return to the village to take in some relaxation, listening to live bands and eating at some of the best restaurants. Whatever it is that you desire on your vacation ... Sandestin has it all. Golfing, Fishing, Tennis, Relaxing or dancing the night away, are just some of the activities at The Village of Baytowne Wharf in Sandestin. This was a great place for my family to vacation! The beds were so comfortable and I love how stocked the kitchen was with spices and utensils and pans! Everything felt clean. Bring your own shampoo/conditioner and extra trash bags! I think everything else was taken care of though! It does get loud at night being right by the elevator/pool door/ and nightly entertainment but we didn’t mind it! We had a blast! Hope to come back!

It was a great little condo in the cool village of Baytowne. Some of the amenities were not quite accessible as listed (without additional costs and some interesting explanation). Overall though it was clean, cozy, close to a variety of things to do. The hosts were amazing and very responsive! We will come back to the area for sure.
