Great value for money with mountain view.

Property is not far from city center. Parking is right at the door. Property has every tool to make dinner. Clean and cozy.

TERRIBLE, DISASTER and the WORST stay in my life!!!!

I wish I could write at least one good comment, but I couldn't think one at all.

There's too many terrible things and unhappy services for this stay 1) You have drive to the office located in the central for key pick-up and drop-off and most of the time is very traffic. You couldn't leave directly after the check out. Isn't that hard to install a locker at the apartment? 2) The apartment just like NEVER CLEAN before, the bed linen have a lot of stain, shower drain and wall are full of long hair which were very disgusting. 3) Freaking low water pressure, basically can consider as NO WATER!! I went to the office in the central again to complaint and what the staff feedback was it's normal no water because it's holiday season and they have a lot of guest. The staff asked me to wait in the apartment until noon and the water pressure will be better. This is totally nonsense as I went to Zakopane few times during the holiday while other apartment don't have this kind of issue at all. I'm going for a holiday, not going to wait for the water!! They knew there's water supply problem and yet still rented out without giving any notice. Basically we are unable to brush teeth and shower in the morning and night, there's even no water to flush. This is really unacceptable as they can't even provide the basic need to the guest. SEE THE PHOTO water pressure 4) I have tried to call their number to complaint/request assistance for few times, the agent informed that they will give me a call back but they NEVER call back. Just exactly same like other guest review comments. 5) The carpark were always full, we have to park beside the road which is quite risky. 6) After the stay I have made the complaint to request for compensation, they only willing to refund 100PLN. I'm not happy with the amount as basically the apartment unable to provide the water (most basic requirement) and very dirty (they still dare to charge the guest few hundreds for cleaning fee) but I don't have a choice.

Comfortable stay with some imperfections

The value of money, balcony (it has view to the mountains to some extent), fully equipped kitchen. The wooden furnishing elements complements the overall attitude of Zakopane as city lying in mountain area. The location is quiet enough since it's on the edge of city. We even managed to see some roe-deers through window of our kitchen.

The first thing. The internet is really SLOW. It works well for Facebook, Messenger and Youtube only. Google search, GMail and everything else - the show stopped here. Tried to complain to reception, received the advice to... restart the router >:| It was really annoying as we had one raining day here... The second thing. If you arrive late with your car you may not find the place in the yard. Leaving car in the street is risky as there are restrictive road signs everywhere.
