We had a wonderful stay in this charming older home. It's an excellent choice for large families, multi-generational groups, or gatherings of friends, with plenty of bedrooms and ample space to spread out and spend time together.The location is ideal—an easy walk into town, situated in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking. The beach is also walkable, though it's about a 20-minute walk. We especially enjoyed the screened porch for meals and conversation, as well as the second porch stocked with games that entertained guests of all ages. On cooler days, the living room provided a comfortable gathering space.The house shows its age in places, particularly the kitchen and bathrooms, but everything was functional and well maintained. The main-floor walk-in shower was especially helpful for guests with limited mobility. Other bathrooms feature large tubs that require stepping in and out, which could be challenging for some, although even our active 90-year-old family member managed without difficulty.The host was outstanding—responsive, helpful, and very accommodating with both early check-in and late check-out. One small thing to note is that bedroom outlets are somewhat limited, so groups getting ready for weddings or other special events may want to plan accordingly.Overall, this home offers character, space, and a fantastic location. We would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable gathering place for a large family or group.

Spacious comfortable and quaint very relaxing a little dated and could use outdoor seating enjoyed our stay

This was the perfect house for our family. The first-floor living made it accessible for our senior family members. There was plenty of space, and we found a local caterer for dinner. The weather was great so that the kids could play in the yard. The host was responsive and very accommodating. We plan on coming back!
