Location for me is walking distance to a property I am buying.
Glancing views to the ocean are good, not looking directly at the ocean.
Covered garage.
On site security staff 24/7 with manned gate.
The building has its own generator that was used once when electricity went out.
Everything is clean but old.
The bed was comfortable.
The area is quiet.
The beach is a 1 minute walk.
Free wifi.
2 elevators always worked.
Owners are very nice to work with, easy going and friendly.
For about $60 it is was a great value.
Owner will send you a door code and video on how to gain access to the room, simple easy to use and always worked.
Closet is big enough for two for a week.
2 AC units always worked.
It’s an old building showing its age, the room looked like it has the original furniture.
Very small kitchen.
Bring your own hangers.
Small bathroom,no sink counter space or place for toiletries.
No counter top space for cooking.
Kitchenware is all from a thrift store bin.
No blanket, just needs a lite weight blanket.

The property was well located across from the beach, have a good size room and bathroom and english movie channel. The plates and mugs are functional and good quality. The no key lock is also very nice.
The WiFi is unreliable, the kitchen area wasn't very clean and the utensils and pots need to be replaced. The sink is extremely small and cannot fit a standard plate. This apartment is not ideal for backpackers, as you need to bring your own toilet paper, bedding, black bags, coat hangers. There is no BBQ as per the advert and a small fridge open into a corner.
