Great location. Beautiful views. Unit is a little tired but fine . Clean with lots of towels etc. needs laundry basket, drying rack, inside rug for front and balcony doors and new broom to deal with the sand.

My spouse and I came to celebrate my 40th birthday, with our the kids! This property was more than we expected. The view and proximity to the beach exceeded our expectations; the pictures on the post don’t do it justice.
Nothing was a far drive 10 min in any direction had everything we needed. Of course we chose to venture farther too.
Stay here! You will not be disappointed.

The property was clean and everything inside was easy to find. The only hiccup we had was that the pool key was not left in the condo, but the host was really quick to get that fixed.
The location was nice in that it was a good central location for everything we had planned. It was also really fun to walk on the beach in the evening and see the turtles. We really enjoyed our stay and the view!

Condo was as nice as photos showed. A place on the beach is a very rare find, no road to cross. Full size kitchen. View of the Maui sunset from the deck! If you want adorable, practical and on the beach, and are not about the big fancy resorts, this is perfect!

Only gap is challenging through brokerages from Expedia, to VRBO, to the property Mgmt company. Not the most streamlined Comms and notifications between them all.

Great location and view
An amazing spot to hang and watch the ocean, sunset and palm trees sway. Easy to walk to several stores and restaurants. Great quiet spot. Only note is there is no bedroom door. That was fine for us, but May not work for all. Supplied ample amenities for the two of us for a week.

This is a smaller and very quiet property. We really enjoyed the location. The one negative comment I can leave with it being one that could be easily changed. The bed is HORRIBLE! I understand they were trying to possibly make this property accessible to a couple or ability to break it into twins, but for a couple it made it very uncomfortable. The room is small and I'm not really sure how you would have room to split into twins.
The kitchen was very well equipped but it would be nice to replace the blender. It was showing it's wear and tear.
I would recommend this property for it's smaller quiet aspects and location. The unit itself could be updated to make it more comfortable with it's furnishings.

Great location: Literally a minute from the beach and easy walking distance to local services. Condo could use some improvements (some inoperable louvered windows, bent screens that allow bugs in) and attention to detail (no can opener, no coffee filters, etc.)

Awesome beachfront condo in Kihei!
We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location on the water is incredible and gives you front row seats to beautiful Maui sunsets. It’s a pretty quiet area which we enjoyed. The kitchen has been recently updated and everything was extremely clean when we arrived. The only thing we didn’t realize before arriving is that they don’t provide any beach equipment like coolers, chairs, etc. Anything that is there is left from previous guests. While a cooler would have been convenient to have for the beach, it definitely didn’t affect our enjoyment of the condo. The other thing to note is that while the beach in front of the condo is great for walking, it’s not a swimming beach - brownish water (due to recent storms) and very rocky in the water. There are plenty of other beaches nearby though so don’t let that deter you. Overall, it was a great experience for us!

The location is nice, view is great, and the apartment has been updated. The building is old and has lots of deferred maintenance. Located on 3rd floor of building with no elevator. Afternoon sun needs some screening. Pool is tiny but clean.

Kihei is one of my favorite areas to stay in Hawaii; away from the resorts, close to grocery shopping and farm stands, but not too far from Lahaina for activities and gift shopping. This complex is in a great location on the oceanfront, only 3 stories high and generally quiet. This unit in particular is comfortably furnished with nice tiling and plenty of kitchen space. This was a girls weekend/getaway, so it was nice that the king bed could be separated into 2 twin beds, which had fairly comfy foam mattresses. I appreciated the easy communication with the rental manager. Beach towels and chairs were provided, which was convenient. Be aware the beach is fairly rocky once you step into the waves, so water shoes are recommended.

The view and location of the condo was great! Room was clean and spacious. AC in the living room, none in the bedroom but we opened the windows and had great air flow at night. Check in was super easy too!

The ocean view was 100% accurate and definitely didn’t disappoint! The people below us were a little loud in the evening, but simmered down around 10:30 every night. Bed was comfortable and the place was very clean. Would stay there again!

Room with a view
This property is amazing. Very quiet, right on the beach and only a few units. You are right by a Grocery Store and many different food options. The unit has everything you need to prepare all of your meals there. We will absolutely stay again!!!

If a bed is not a high priority to you then this is your place!
Everything from reservations, check-in, accommodating your needs, to check out was an excellent experience. When we made the initial reservations several months ago, we were unaware that the "king" bed was actually two twin beds with a bridge between which made for a very poor situation. However, after bringing this up, management went right out and bought a full king foam bed pad and illuminated the bridge situation. We appreciated the quick response and immediate attention to this matter because for us, the bed can make or break a vacation. Most people can sleep anywhere, on anything, anytime, so if you're that kind of person, this is your place! The kitchen has everything you would need for meal preparation. The Fridge is full size as well as the oven and microwave. Sugar ants are normal in Hawaii, so if you're a slob, you can expect to see them! Sunsets are amazing, however, on the third floor the palm trees are in direct obstruction, so you'll just need to go down to the grass or beach for a perfect view. The TV is very very small at 32", so if you're on vacation to watch TV then don't go to Hawaii! Nature's TV is a much better option. A cooler, beach chairs and towels, a drying rack to air dry clothing are all there. The grocery store, post office, churches, strip mall, are all within a couple short blocks. Be aware, there is NO ELEVATOR. So if you have difficulty hiking up three flights of stairs, choose a bottom floor unit. We love the top floor. We highly recommend this unit (#302) for it's privacy, great management, cleanliness and location!

Great location to see turtles
Overall very nice unit, as described. next to a great beach for swimming and seeing turtles. Well maintained building and grounds with unbeatable view. Could use an upgrade on the beach chairs provided-not super comfortable. Breeze kept unit cool at night and neighborhood was quiet and walkable to restaurants, groceries and shopping.
Hair dryer did not work and let property manager know and a hair dryer was in the unit within hours of my e-mail. Really good communication via email and text.

Good way to begin November
Rent this unit, you will not be disappointed. Great location and very quiet. Please note though, that as indicated in the listing, the bed is a king made from 2 twin beds so it ends up being 5" shorter than an actual king which is a big problem when your hubby is 6'2". There is no bedroom A/C, just a ceiling fan, some may find the bedroom too warm.
To the rental owners - please consider replacing the toaster and supplying better beach chairs.
Overall very happy with our time spent in unit 302.

The ocean makes it worth it.
The ocean right off the lanai is really all I need to say. The unit has been recently renovated it seems. Everything is clean and there was everything we need. If there was anything we were disappointed with is that there is not much space to sit in in the “sitting” room. Also, the utensils are really cheap. The hair dryer didn’t work, but we ended up not needing it.
Everything else was lovely.
We would definitely rent here again if we ever come back to Maui.
