Wir waren sehr zufrieden! Preis Leistung super zwei Schlafzimmer perfekt mit Meerblick. Giannis war unglaublich freundlich und hat sich um alles gekümmert. Sehr sehr nett und zuvorkommend! Vielen Dank

Tatsächlich die Duschkabine und der Wasserhahn in der Küche müssten gewechselt werden. Hat uns aber nicht gestört da alles trotzdem funktioniert hat!

Great!!

The host was great, and the location was incredible - right in the center, close to the beach, very close to the bus stop. The space is quite big, there is a nice balcony, the kitchen was fully functional, the wifi was good, and the air conditioning worked well.

The shower drain was clogged and the view from the balcony is not amazing, but in general it was all very well.

The flat is very clean , 2 rooms , a large balcony. The location is very good in the centre , A lot of restaurants , bars , supermarkets , and pharmacies , near from more than beach ⛱️ specially fig tree beach & the owner is very helpful 👌 Thank you, Giannis

Very good apartment for stay with family. Two bedrooms and kitchen. Perfect location , in the centre, near from beach and markets. A lit of restaurants, bars and cafes.

Do not book here........

BEWARE RIP OFF - Dreadful property with misleading images and low cleanliness. Including spiders and roaches. I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone. The property manager was an awful human. The bank (Visa) are now taking legal action (I had to leave on the first night as it was unbelievable low grade - Check Google reviews, I am not the only person that's had the same issue.

This is DEFINITELY NOT a 4 STAR APARTMENT! I don’t recommend this place!

The owner is kind but not efficient

Where to begin from??? The name of the place is FIG TREE YIANNIS but it is definitely a place NOT near Fig Tree Beach! It is a 12 minutes walk from there but if you have kids with beach toys, foods and towels plus a 40 degree sun then the 12 minute walk becomes a nightmare! Regarding to the apartment, the booking photos are full of filters! Everything looks so new and clean but in reality the apartment is VERY OLD! To go to the apartment you pass through a hall which smells very bad and the entry place looks more like a garbage entry than a 4 star appartement entry! The apartment has a small kitchen without washing machine and the fridge had a very bad salami smell! The main bedroom has a VERY HARD mattress and bad quality pillows. None of these items has cloth protection so you can imagine how the microbes “dance” between the clients! The second bedroom has 2 single beds with the same problems as the main bedroom (hard mattresses, bad quality pillows). Both of the rooms have access to a huge balcony which could be nice but there is no sun protection (shading) there except from un umbrella! But this is not enough for a 40 degree area! That’s for sure! Also, this balcony has a view to a playground and a road but the advertisement says that this is a sea view appartement! This is DEFINITELY NOT A SEA VIEW APARTMENT!!! Last but not least all the bed sheets and towels are very old. Maybe cleaned but the smell of all is not the one expected from a 4 star apartment. On the contrary, all lingerie had bad smells because are old.

The location and the bars, restaurants were great. Tree Fig Bay, Ayia Napa, Nissi beach and the Water Park of Ayia Napa and Blue Lagoon are beautiful to visit.

near to bich and central place

is not the same like the photos . they right kitchen and saloon.there is a small lobby with small kitcen - and no salon at all. Out in tne small veranda you must to pass from the bedrooms. there was not a washing machine. And for 10 days they didn,t change towels and sheets.

If you want to be close to amenities with no frills on a DIY basis perfect.

Location fine, no literature about area at the property & saw representative to hand over keys & that was it. Never heard from anybody until the day before we left to say when we had to vacate room.

Tasos is a super host!! The whole team is working for the guests to feel comfortable. Guys were in touch from the first minutes after booking despite it was a day-to-day decision. They met us on the bus stop and drove right to the apartments. There was very clean and tidy inside, all necessary utilities available in the kitchen and bathroom. We were staying in the end of February and it was rather cool weather outside but inside our apartments we had heating devices and conditioners so we felt comfortable and warm. Also I want to mention about perfect location and views from the apartment. Sea - 3 minute walk, Lidl - 5 minutes, Costa Coffee - 1 minute, bus stop and MacDonald's right at the point. Many stores, restaurants, cafes and ATM-machines are in close access. I really loved the place and people! Dream to get back already :)

Very good

The roof terrace was amazing and if we had stayed in season it would have been perfect. Nicolas came to find us when we arrived as we couldn't find it. Any problems he was right on it. Loads of cupboard space and location was great.

If I was staying at back withe small balcony I would not like to be looking on to the bin area. A little hard to find and very dark at night to get to the stairs, some more lighting would be good

A FABULOUS VACATION!

I definitely recommend this apartment! A large apartment, all in bright colors, high ceilings, comfortable beds, a snow-white bed, lots of fragrant towels, warm blankets. New household appliances, very high-quality frying pans and pots. It's hard to find fault with anything. Terrace with sea view. From the beach 5 minutes down the street with shops. LIDI is a large store in 10 min walk. I go to FIG TREE beach - fabulous, about 12 minutes on foot! The representative of the owner Nikolas is fast, smiling, joyful, handed over the keys, always in touch with Vacap. Conclusion - an ideal vacation is guaranteed here.

It was a good place to stay

Very good self-catering apartment, musical fountains show can be partially seen from the balcony:) Wi-fi is rather good, available blankets (we were in October and they were necessary), close to the beach and central square of Protaras. Parking was available opposite the street, however there may be no place in high season

Very reasonable place for a family stay for several nights @Protaras.

Very good location close to the beach (4 mins walk) and shops/restaraunts (next corner). Good beds and linen, it was comfortable to rest and sleep. Very large balcony in my aparts (others have smaller ones).

A little bit noisy from the street, maybe it was appropriate due to the strict covid shutdown and could be much louder other days. Kitchen is small, fridge is small, no washing mashine, mostly plastic kitchenette.

Big bedrooms, lots of closets (although all full) huge terrace with lounging seats and perfect location by the beach and right in the centre of protaras with lots of shops markets pubs restaurants and even a small kids amusement park.

It was not clean at all, there was no dirt or anything like that but the dust was up to our ears on the floor and in the closets! As if it has not been cleaned for at least a week. I found a dead insect in the closet so def was not cleaned before we arrived. Closets had some hanging space however the hanging rail was so low looked like a shirt or blazer space so all my summer dresses were very wrinkled because they didn't fit. Not very tidy inside the closet lots of things like a baby s crib and mattress so very little room for our own clothes. No elevator but that is somewhat normal with most of the apartments in the area. Check out was at 11am, cleaning crew came at 10:30 we kind of felt rushed...

Lovely place

Off season, very quiet, nice veranda, clean. If it was high season, it would have been noisy at night, as all shops, bars, restaurants are around the property. So it was very good to be off season period. Whoever wants to party, great location and the beach is a couple of min away by foot.

They could have put the fridge under the allocated space but the cable was not long enough. It would have saved space in kitchen for the fridge to be under the sink. Otherwise, property was very good for family of 4 and the veranda very good.
