About this house rental

Beautifully handcrafted home, one and a half stories with large bedroom upstairs, open floor plan down stairs, 3 patios, one with an immaculate private hot tub. Located in the mountains southeast of Santa Fe, so quiet that all you hear are crickets, birds and an occasional coyote in the night. Five minute walk into the Santa Fe National Forest. Fully furnished and equipped home. 4WD is required during the winter months.

Great cottage a little outside of town. We enjoyed the back patio fountain that was visited continually by hummingbirds as well as other local bird speceis. Also had daily traffic from deer, rabbits, and chipmunks. The house was so interesting from exposed beams to the carved wood doors and cabinets. Evenings were always cool to enjoy the hot tub and view the stars! We had everything needed!

Dodie was a lovely host. Her home is gorgeous and clean and she was available for anything we needed. The property is tucked away in the mountains and the stars and hot tub are gorgeous at night. We brought our 3 year old and had a magical time. My husband fell in love with the property and we plan on returning!

Beautiful home - very well appointed with all the essentials for our weekend getaway. The hot tub was amazing and the home was very comfortable and clean, with great art inspired decor. The kitchen had everything we needed and the location was just close enough to downtown Santa Fe to be convenient by car, but far enough to be secluded in nature. 5 stars all around!
