Nestled in Rocky Point, this charming condo for $132 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Oceanview one bedroom condo with stunning view of the Sea of Cortez. The Sonoran Spa is an ocean front Resort with a full service spa , fitness center, 3 swimming pools 2 jacuzzis, tennis/Basketball court, Restaurant, BBQ Grills, small grocery store and on site parking with 24 hour security. The Kitchen is fully stocked for four people and I always leave spices and K-cups or coffee to use with the Keurig Machine during your stay along with a gallon of drinking water. The Bedroom has a King bed and a 50" T.V The Living Room has a Queen size sofa sleeper with a 55" T.V . There is a stackable washer and dryer in the hallway pantry for your convenience. There are several restaurants right outside the front gate (two very popular Bars and Restaurants with live bands most weekends, Banditos & Changos). Also, the newly opened Rosmarino Limon Pizza and Pasta Restaurant, Garufa Argentinean Restaurant Steakhouse, Sheve Shop (burgers & wings), Fresh Market, Ice cream shop, massage and nails salon, two pharmacies and another Pizza place. Max occupancy for this unit is 4 people. The rate reflected is based on the number of people in the reservation. No Pets and No Smoking. 21 + years of age to rent. Sonoran Spa is one of the most beautiful resorts in Rocky Point, Mexico, offering excellent views over common areas and swimming pool overlooking the palm trees and the lovely Sea of Cortez. There is a beautiful view to the infinite sea with scenery of the view from the distance of the jetty and a bar that serves excellent drinks. Security in the Resort is twenty-four hours for your safety. The complex includes tennis court, gym, high speed internet, spa, CATV, BBQ resort facilities, parking and Mother Nature's charming "Sandy Beach" in front. It's time to relax, and this is the place to do it! Last but not least, we have free WiFi! NOTE: It is highly recommended that you purchase travel insurance in case you're not able to travel and need to cancel to avoid losing your payment. We rented this unit for my birthday and wedding anniversary. Everything that is advertised is true. The unit is very clean and cozy. Bed is super comfortable. Patio has great ocean/pool views. Everything you would want for a romantic getaway. The bar on-site has great food and a fun atmosphere. The pool and grounds were immaculate. Cece and Ignacio were very accommodating and answered any questions we had. They gave us great instructions and reassured us on anything we needed. We met some very nice people who are on the HOA and had nothing but great things to say about the property. Would 100% recommend this unit and renters!

First off, let me say how great the communications with the owners, Cece and Ignacio, have been. Provided great information and there for you for a quick question or two. Their condo was clean, comfortable and a gorgeous view. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Restaurants nearby provided good excellent meals with good service. The heated pool was just the right temperature. The guard staff were polite, friendly and helpful.

The whole process was smooth from arrival to departure. Cece was very responsive to any questions and shared some of there favorite things about the area. The view from the balcony was spectacular and relaxing. We will be returning soon!!

This is a perfect condo for a beach getaway that was very reasonably priced. Ocean views from the balcony were fantastic! The staff on site were all very friendly and helpful. The beach is long and flat and great for endless walking! We highly recommend this unit!

Cece's condo at Sonoran Spa was just as beautiful as the photos! The view was perfect, the staff was great, and it was just a short drive to the Malecón. I would stay here a hundred times over! Cece was a great host and responded super quick with great tips, tricks and advice.

perfect get away. the right size and price for a couple. Plenty of food choices, everyone was friendly and willing to accommodate. It would be nice if all the condo managers would pool their recourses hire la service to clean the beach after high tide. Quite a bit of trash is left on the beach.

Fantastic view of sparkling gulf, beach and pool areas. We had front row seats to witness an extremely rare hurricane come through. Suite was great, pretty much everything you need to instantly relax. Dishwasher was not working, but most everything else was in order and clean. Would recommend this suite.

The Sonoran Spa is in a great location. We enjoyed restaurants nearby and drove into town for other meals. We had spa services done at La Spa and they were fabulous!!! (Me a massage and facial. My husband, a massage). The pool was perfect and not crowded. This time of year is very humid so we limited our time outdoors. Communication with the owner, Cece, was prompt. We had a nice time!

You are in Rocky Point to spend time on the beach. This 1 bedroom is just like any - the same layout (bedroom windows do not face the beach, the patio and ocean view are only in the living room for 1 bedroom units). Kitchen appliances/pots/pans are fully stocked. Washer/dryer unit is on a small side (stacked combo) - can't wash/dry more than 2 beach towels at once. That's about the only nuisance. :-) Would come back again!
