Our beach home may not be the cheapest however we enjoy luxury and that's what we provide to you during your stay. Our house was built to enjoy, not to fill it up and rent it out. ZERO PROM ALLOWED! All sheets and bedding are premium. There are NO EXTRA FEES FOR LINENS, bath towels or kitchen towels unlike most beach homes. Read their fine print, we do not have hidden fees! We also like comfortable beds on vacation, even the kids bunks are premium pillow top mattresses. Master suite upstairs with a private balcony has amazing ocean views too! RESERVATION DEPOSIT You must be 25 years or older to rent this property and the renter must be present at all times. Any reservation made under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money. A security deposit of $750 will be paid to book your stay along w/ Payment, accompanied by a copy of your driver’s license and the signed rental agreement. The reservation date is not secured until the deposit and ½ the rent is received. Cleaning fee is a flat fee of $200.00. There will be an excessive cleaning fee taken from your deposit in addition to the cleaning fee if our home needs it. Unfortunately our brand new home has had abusive guests. Please treat our home as if it were yours. WE DO NOT ALLOW MORE THAN 10 PEOPLE AT OUR HOME. The other half of the rental fee is required 30 days prior to start date of the rental. OCCUPANCY LIMIT IS Ten (10): THE MAXIMUM SLEEPING CAPACITY IS BASED ON THE HOME’S ABILITY TO SAFELY AND COMFORTABLY ACCOMMODATE OUR GUESTS. THE MAXIMUM CAPACITY OF 10 INCLUDES CHILDREN.
