Perfeita, voltarei com ctz!

O café é bem básico, mas tudo de qualidade. Localização ótima, eu como ja fui muito em jeri, sempre fico por essa região. O quarto é todo novo, e bem confortavel. Um dica pra voces, seria guarda sol na piscina superior e também um som ambiente.

O wifi é triste, a gente que viaja gosta da acomodação, estrutura, café da manhã.. Mas um wifi que funcione seria melhor ainda. Não dá nem pra fazer propaganda pro hotel, rs. MELHOREM ESSE WIFIIIIII PLEASE!

The stay was good because of the location, but the hotel is not worth the price.

The location was perfect and the staff was great.

The room we stayed in had a leaking shower and also a leak in the bathroom ceiling. I let the staff know and they fixed the shower one day and then the ceiling leak on another day. Although they addressed the issue, this meant we didn't have access to our room for some time on two separate days during our 4 days stay. Also, the handrails in the terrace pool were loose and in need of repair. The pictures are a bit misleading; the pool doesn't have great access for guest that are not staying in a room that opens to the pool itself.

Amazing and we would definitely go back!

The staff were amazing! We had put a note saying we were celebrating my 30th birthday and our wedding anniversary and they laid flower petals in our room and wrote a couple of cute messages 🥰. The location was fab, the rooftop pool and the views were amazing! The rooms are nice, clean and a quite big. The breakfast was great!

The WiFi is really bad, it would barely load Instagram. The lighting in the rooms isn’t great, it’s really dark

Pool at you door but that's about it

Room was clean and the pool outside your door is nice. Also the rooftop pool is amazing especially around sunset time.

We also stayed at the Blue Residence part of the same group and the breakfast was amazing there. You would think paying the same money for the night you would get the same quality of food but unfortunately we didnt, the fruit wasn't peeled, it was hard, not tasty. There was no Pao de Qeijo some mornings whilst blue residence had fresh batches regularly , no cold milk or yoghurt for cereal. They also stuffed our omelette order. Seems to me to be the poor cousin but you pay the same money, disappointing. There is no lock on the back door to the pool so it would be easy enough to get robbed. An abandoned bar out the front which is a bad look.

Superb

The hotel was very modern. The breakfast was nice and so was the staff. The pool was also nice and cleaned regularly.

It's pricey, but considering where it is, it's acceptable. We paid about 80 USD per night.

Noisy hotel with average service

Breakfast was served on the roof with nice view

Noise, no warm water, average level of customer service. Lack of respecting hotel rules by guests. Be aware before you choose this hotel that it is very noisy and acoustic place: You will be waken up at five in the morning by team preparing breakfast. You will wake up later by bois of slamming doors. During the day you will be exposed to noise from guest loudspeakers despite clear information that it is forbidden to be used at the hotel premises.

Disappointing

no space to store kitesurf equipment or beach equipment safety issues: no lock on bay windows no restaurant for lunch & night dinner... no bar at night. in the entrance ,at ground level, there is a bar "under construction", unclear why not operational high price for a very standard hotel ...

Great hotel but a bit too quiet. Need to create a sitting by the bottom pool .

Great hotel but a bit isolated. There's no music or anything in the evenings so you're kind of forced to leave the hotel. Also the pool downstairs is mainly for the rooms at the bottom floor since there are no chairs or anywhere to sit. At the pool upstairs there was no shade. Great costumer service and breakfast.

Comfortable and well-located, we loved our stay!

The location, super close to the beach, the room was very comfortable and clean. The view from the rooftop: perfect to watch the sunset and the stars at night! The breakfast was delicious and well served.

The view from the neighbor, another hotel just in front, is not very pleasant.
