Nice clean beach cottage in a quiet neighborhood. Home is very close to the ocean. It’s a 3 block walk to the beach. You do have to cross A1A and it’s 4 lanes with no cross walks at the nearest intersection. However there is a pay as you go parking lot right across the road at the beach so I was able to drive the kids across the main road and just park. We felt very safe in this area. House was very clean. It was easy to communicate with owner/manager. When we arrived the stove was not working. They had a brand new one installed in less than 24 hours. I can’t say anything bad about the place or the owners managers. Bedrooms and living areas were large so we had plenty of space. We would gladly stay there again.

Our group of 4 adults had an excellent stay. The place is conveniently located 1-2 blocks from the beach. The shared pool with the next door unit was a nice escape. The unit was clean and everything we needed was provided. Communicating with Rhona was easy with timely responses. Check in and out was a breeze. Would definitely recommend!

My husband and I love this place. It is very clean and spacious and well equipped. Having the pool is nice but would have been better if it was heated. Being able to walk a short distance to the beach is so convenient. The property manager Rhona was always prompt and responsive to our needs.

The property is just as it is described, it was perfect for my family. Walkable to beach as well as restaurants. I was concerned about having to share the backyard with the other group renting the other half of the house but they were awesome. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Dolphin isles is a quaint spot, location is prime for beach lovers it’s a 5 minute walk to get to the beach and of course the Pool is located at home! Best of both worlds if you are looking for some food there are a couple of spots nearby but they seemed to be a bit higher end. My only complaint was that the WiFi didn’t work. And as someone that works remotely this made it extremely difficult. Accommodations were excellent and I would/will definitely go back to stay here in the future!

Overall the property was decent enough. Older side by side duplex with shared lanai & pool. Some differed maintenance e.g. torn screens, batteries dead in door access, etc. Nothing terrible

Great little place, great location. Short Walt to the beach, water taxi pick up as well as bars and restaurants. We had a rental car but hardly ever used it. Everything about the experience here was great!

I would recommend my experience to others

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The address of the property given to us when we rented on Vrbo was not what was given to us but the place was almost a mirror image and was very comfortable. The place was very clean oretty well equipped and a 4 min walk to the beach. Pool is not heated so too cold to swim. Our only disappointment was that we were told that the TV in the living room was a smart TV but it wasn't. There was also no way to stream from our laptop or a Roku device because apparently someone prior had pulled the housing for the hdmi out of the TV. I would suggest switching the tvs from the master bedroom and thriving room if the living room tv hdmi plug can't be fixed.

We had a wonderful time and would certainly stay at Rhona’s again! Rhona was very accommodating and went above and beyond!

This home is a duplex or double home. You share the porch front and back and pool with th either rental property. The pool is very small to share with strangers. The pool, pool deck and grounds around the property where not we’ll kept. We didn’t stay through our paid nights. Not a comfortable homy place at all.

From a confusing check in, to the property owner charging an extra fee on top of normal cleaning fee due to there being sand in the house when we are staying at the beach and 2 dirty dishes this is an owner who is clearly after collecting as many fees as possible.

Property is in a great location.. Pool is nice. Home is a little dated with older furniture that has water damage in the bedrooms The TV in the living room and second bedroom did not work. The living room TV looked like all the cords were unplugged and among 4 intelligent people, we would not get it to work. The light above that dining table only had 1 light bulb that worked. The freezer's ice maker was unplugged and not usable. The 2nd bedroom's light was with a ceiling fan with a remote. We could not get the light to turn off. Finally about 7 or 8 at night it flipped off. We believe it was on a timer on the remote, but we could not figure out how to turn it off. Very frustrating. The second communication was about the TV in the living room. I never received any communication back until I messaged her that we had checked out of the home on our last day. Very disappointed in our experience.

The poor is shared with neighbors and it was very dirty. We didn’t get to use it. The beach was beautiful and a short walk away. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean. The air conditioner took two days to get cold. Overall I think the description about sharing the pool should be listed and the fact that the house is directly attached to another.

This was one of the best vacations our family has had and we vacation a lot. 2020 was a doozy and my 21,17,15 year olds and I needed a truly relaxing vacation with opportunities to play. Dolphin Isles provided just that. The property has a lovely screened in pool and patio, where we ate together as a family daily and splashed around all day. The beach is a lovely two block walk among the most gorgeous properties and architecture. At the beach we flew kites, fought waves, and even spotted a Manatee. So cool. The villa is very spacious so my over 6'3 athletic young adults never felt cramped and were able to spread out and relax. The kitchen was more than adequate for meal prep and the grill was a bonus. We used it several times. PRO TIP: Get Shipt for all your shopping needs. They delivered from Winn Dixie each day for me for free because of my app membership and when I needed a new swim top and kites they made a delivery from Target. This let me continue to relax and enjoy the vacation. The place is not perfect, guest bedroom tv really didn't work but we weren't there to watch tv. The pull out couch was broken which was not great for my giant sons but they made due on trading off the longer couch. Also it would have been nice to have more bath towels we had to keep washing them and one was dry-rotted but it was still 10X better than staying cramped in a hotel sharing air with a million other families. The villa was clean and neighborhood was fabulous and convenient and perfect for walking each morning and evening. We loved recording all the lizards, iguanas and geikos running about. And the manager, Rhoda was very responsive. Definitely would book again if we ever venture that way .
