All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.
DETAILS: 328 Red Cedar is a fabulous 4-bedroom/ 4.5-bathroom home situated on the corner of Western Lake and Red Cedar in WaterColor's Camp District. This newly painted, charming home boasts unique upscale furnishings, a gourmet kitchen, and plenty of porch space for many relaxing evenings. The first floor is comprised of the gourmet kitchen and living room, complete with a Wolf gas range and granite countertops. There are also 2 bedrooms with full private bathrooms on the first floor. Upstairs on the second floor, guests will find the Primary Suite complete with a king bed and a large primary bathroom as well as a fourth bedroom. There is also a bonus bunk room located on the second floor, perfect for young kids! Also, another upstairs porch with two swings! The location is great! Short walk or bike ride to the lazy river or Seaside (there is a shortcut to Seaside at the tennis courts). You can ride bikes or take the shuttle to the beach or Beach Club. We loved having the bikes! The pools were really nice & the Watercolor employees are fantastic! (Shout out to Andrea) We loved the lazy river. They have tubes available so you don't have to bring your own. The house is nice but could use a deep clean. The dryer didn't work great so it would take 2 or 3 cycles to dry towels. The master suites on the first level are pretty small and the toilet is in the same room as the vanity & shower. The upstairs was nice if you have kids. The wrap around porch was one of my favorite spots in the house! It would be great if there was a covered dining table outside - they do have one but it's uncovered & didn't feel super clean. The rental company is very quick to respond to texts, however, they did not follow through on what was communicated. We had asked for an extra wristband days before arrival & it was not there when we arrived. I reached out & they said they would look into it. The next day we just ended up going to one of the pools & talking to a Watercolor employee who was able to help. We also asked for an extra set of sheets & were told they would bring them but they never did. They left some coffee & other supplies but the coffee was expired so we weren't sure how old the supplies were. Be sure to check the dates.

Overall WONDERFUL and I would have given 5 stars had it not been for the beds. The queen and king mattresses upstairs were some of the worst I've ever slept on. I am a good sleeper and was restless every night - even my 10-year-old said it feels like "an air mattress, but worse."
