Stayed here for weekend family birthday in town. Very accurate depiction of the home- really nice place! Very clean, nice layout and plenty of room. Check in was easy and host is very responsive to any question.

Charles was excellent at communication and always responded promptly to any questions or concerns I had regarding the property. My friends and I stayed here for NYE weekend. The house is minutes away from downtown so it was super convenient for us to get around and explore the local restaurants and shops. The house was also very clean. 10/10!

This was perfect location for attending our daughter's wedding at Longfellow's. We had a great time going to Downtown Saratoga and Saratoga Spa State Park.

This was the perfect rental for our large multi-family group. The place was spotless, very comfortable, well equipped and a great location to downtown Saratoga. We would definitely stay here again. Charles was so easy to work with and very responsive.

The house was perfect for our group. We arrived early and Charles had the house ready when we got there. We had plenty of room for our entire party and the house and grounds were both clean and well taken care of. We hope to use it again in the future.

The location was excellent for our group wanting to spend time at local golf courses, downtown for meals/nightlife, and for the track. The backyard was perfect for lawn games, we used the hot tub more than we expected. The number of beds was great for our group of 11 (we brought two air mattresses as well), and the kitchen and dining room areas were nice for hanging out inside at night. We were a little worried about our volume level late in the evening with it being a quiet neighborhood, but didn't hear any complaints which was good. I would HIGHLY recommend renting this house from Charles for families, bachelor/bachelorette parties looking to have a fun-yet-responsible weekend in Saratoga, or anyone else for that matter. Our family had a great time at the property. The house was very clean and had plenty of room for our family. The hot tub was great to relax in after a day of hiking and shopping. We would definitely stay at the property at another time.

This house was very comfortable and was in a great location. We had easy access to downtown, to the Northway and shopping centers, and to our family on the east side of town and out Rt 9. We did several bike rides from the house that avoided much traffic. The TV and Internet worked well and the living room was very comfortable. There was plenty of comfortable sleeping space -- although we did not use as much as we expected due to COVID-19 restrictions. We also did not use some of the other features like the hot tub and the deck with barbecue. The only caution is that Gick Rd can get a little busy and so you have to be careful backing out of the driveway; however, if you only have a couple cars, there's room to 3-point turn in the driveway. All-in-all we had a great stay. Thanks Charles.

Fun for a girls weekend away! Convenient location, house is perfect!

The place is fantastic, the owner completely accommodating. We especially appreciated that he leaves the place open for a day in between guests. The place is exactly as pictured. The hot tub and back yard are lovely. No complaints!

This is a perfect place to have a big group or family to stay for a weekend at the track. It is a very clean and well-maintained house, and Charles was extremely helpful during our entire stay! The location is perfect for taking a quick cab ride downtown or to the track. It is a great find!

This property lived up to all our expectations! Came for a bachelorette weekend and it was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated and so close to all our destinations. Lovely quiet street. Charles was so easy going to work with and helpful. House was stocked with linens and kitchenware. I would definitely recommend this property. We were unable to use the hot tub due to the weather so I can’t speak to that.
